So happy with my purchase! I love my vintage bag . Fiona is so amazing. Very efficient with all my requests and responded to all my questions about the bag.
I the only reason I put less than 1star because the bag did not come with a a xupes or Chanel box the dust bag is a bit tiny.

I saw an item that I really liked on the website and requested a chat with someone as I had a couple of questions. I spoke to Lizzie who was extremely knowledgeable and eased my concerns regarding the returns policy in case the item didn’t fit. The level of expertise and professionalism is second to none.
