Bought a superb bandsaw which was quickly delivered and brought right upto my back garden gate by very helpful driver 10/10.

Incredible price for an item that I have been tracking over a number of weeks and different companies. Yandle and Sons was an extremely competitive price in some cases, over £100 in difference. The quality of the product is first class, delivery time was extraordinarily quick. The whole process was fantastic, I would highly recommend them and will be using this company again, in fact I've already added a couple of items to my wish list

Sapele bench set slats were delivered quickly and were well packaged. Nicely machined timber, requiring minimal sanding before applying a finish. The stainless steel bolt set was also well put together to complete the package. As usual delivery was quick and hassle free!

Great experience. Item arrived within a few days and had tracking updates the whole time. Product seems pretty decent, maybe a little higher priced just for the auto function compared to no auto versions

Nice having the auto feature but I feel it should stay on for 30 seconds - one minute rather than a few seconds.

Only used it a little bit on a disc sander but seems ok so far, doesn’t get all the dust but might be the sanders design

I ordered a new tyre for my Sabre 350 bandsaw (drive wheel).
Really good communication about despatch and it's a genuine R Power item. Price was competitive.
The bandsaw is now running like new. I hadn't realised how detrimental the dirty old belt was to the smooth running of the machine.

What an amazing price for this product! I was disappointed to learn that my order could not be fulfilled straightaway as they had sold out. I wasn’t surprised about this, but I was pleasantly surprised in how they kept me informed as to when the new stock was arriving. They did manage to get new stock and sent it out to me straight away. Fantastic service!

Great friendly staff especially the manager in the despatch facility who I dealt with. Very reasonable prices in the cafe, hobby shop, gift shop etc etc. We always go there.

Bought 4 of these to replace just the broken slats on a 20 year old bench. They looked so good they made the remaining slats look awful, forcing me to buy another 7 to to finish the job properly. Damn you yandles for being too good.

I have been a customer of Yandles for a long time and have always found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of goods have been good, and the delivery acceptable. I would certainly recommend them.

Times and norms change don’t they. Some years ago I would’ve gone to a local hardware store and bought this drill bit (admittedly I may have had to have driven there and maybe, now, if I still drove I’d know where the hardware store is that would sell these excellent drillbits). I don’t drive anymore (or fly…) but I do like to use good tools and Famag I certainly am amongst the best. About £2 for this drill bit and I’m not blaming Yandel and sons, that’s the changes of the World with online shopping: £7.50 is a real cost of this bit that’s £2.50 a millimetre, said the actress to the bishop… ;-)

So in this present era as it is Yandle & Sons customer service, packaging and delivery were good and if you, like me, have to find your things online I would recommend Yandle & Sons as a supplier

5 Star service and product needed to replace bench slats for a client and the slats arrived cut to size and in just 3 days from order both myself and the client are very happy ! Will be using your services again

Package well and arrived/ delivered quickly.
Quality of slats not brilliant and have a couple of rough ones which will take away the beauty of the bench I am rebuilding.
I will contact by phone tomorrow and see if the company are willing to send out replacements.
I will be running the router down the edge too pencil edge each slat as edges are square so will be sharp otherwise.

Matter has now been resolved and they have agreed to replace the damaged slats, prompt service in getting this matter resolved

Items were great, however the packaging was terrible. They were delivered open at one end with slight damage. Obviously an on going courier problem.
Had to chase company for dispatch time, communication poor.

Yandles customer service is excellent as always. However the courier they use are terrible. Got so fed up with waiting being told it was out for delivery when it wasn't lied to by the courier office staff. This awful service reflects badly on Yandles which is a first class company.

11 x2 Acacia bowl blank was delivered in good time and in good condition.
Nice piece of Acacia turned well and produced what I wanted.Finished with Beeswax and came up nicely.
