Yandle & Sons give a great customer service with speedy delivery on items purchased on line.

I bought this work light to use with my bandsaw because the lamp that was fitted was faulty. This Record lamp is strong and the magnets are powerful enough to hold it securely in place. There is the option of using the magnet in the base of the lamp or for other positions the bracket can be snapped into place with its own magnet. The light emitted is plenty bright enough. It can be used with 3 x AA batteries or 1 x lithium battery or with the USB cable. Well worth the price.

This was my first bandsaw purchase. Looked at the cheaper options and watched a few you tube videos then decided to buy the Record Power BS250. Suits my purposes very well for a first bandsaw. The only bad thing is the rip fence, but after watching many you tube videos, it can be changed for an Axminster rip fence that is much better for only £20. Why Record Power don’t improve this for a few quid is beyond me. Apart from the fence this machine is great.

Why indicate delivery is 'from free' when none of the options fulfill this. Quite frankly, if you cannot get something as transparent as delivery correct, it does not inspire confidence on dealing with you.

I found what I wanted quickly with no fuss, payment went through with no hitches and the machine wax did just what I wanted it to do. It's really good on the lathe bed amongst other things.

My 90 year old father went into the tool section recently and just needed a blade, it was just before closing but it was a very quick sale. Unfortunately the person behind the counter was rude and very unhelpful yes he probably wanted to go home but my dad was literally in the shop a few minutes. If he hadn't needed this blade he would have walked out but certainly will think about going there again.

I have dealt with Handles a couple of times now. I love scrollsaw working and can get through blades quickly if I get too far into a job. I need replacement blades quickly and Handles has always given fast and great service

I ordered a sapele replacement bench slat set which arrived quickly. The wood was selected carefully and finished well. One slat was damaged in transit and I received a replacement the next day. The bench is as good as new again. Staff were very helpful throughout.

I came into Yandles on Saturday afternoon, and ended up purchasing a Record Power PT310HB Planer/Thicknesser. This was delivered yesterday afternoon, unpackaged and tested yesterday evening.
The entire process was a pleasant experience, and I am really pleased with both the quality of the product and the superb finish of machined items. The beds will need very slight tweaking, and a minute adjustment to the fence is called for, but superb.
I received a warm and friendly welcome at Yandles, and will definitely be back again.
