Initially I got in touch with Yappl through Uswitch about ordering the newest iPhone 15, this phone wasn’t out at the time and so I was told that if I was dead set on getting it, they’d keep me up to date with everything (which they did brilliantly!)

I must add, I am a small business, so it’s great to see they treat all businesses both big and small so well (in my experience, some companies who I deal with prioritise bigger businesses and it’s so frustrating!)

Helen Kind was the person who I dealt with throughout and she was simply brilliant - everything from quick replies on email to getting multiple quotes for differing contract lengths and phones, nothing was too much trouble for her!

The phone was posted out with next day delivery so I was able to get the phone literally hours after I put my up front payment down for the phone I wanted
