I ordered from this site spent $63.27 & never received my merchandise. They told me they sent it & it was returned, they supposedly sent it to New Jersey, I live in Illinois. No compensation nothing! Lesson learned…….

If I could give a negative star… or none at all, I would. I will never buy from this company again. The dress I ordered was late as I paid for expedited shipping, nonetheless the wrong color and size was sent. I ordered a XL Pink, I was sent a Small Black. I asked for a refund immediately due to how screwed up the order was, they offered different options of a discount on next item, exchange or return to be refunded. However they know returning the item is expensive and I mine as well take the lost of what I paid for the item and never buy again. This is unacceptable as I ordered this dress for a special occasion and didn’t get it until weeks later. I should’ve looked at the reviews before purchase. I will forever stick with SHEIN!! SHEIN never fails me!

So I received a denim jacket I ordered from this website finally after 3 weeks n I want buyers to BE AWARE!! This website the clothes DOES NOT look nothing like the pictures!!! These clothes are made in china! If the company is not in the United States please save your money because American people are being SCAMMED out of their money from these fake websites! So disgusted!!

I swear it doesn't make sense that these people are allowed to sell products of this quality , not only that, I paid for expedite shipping and it still took a month. NEVER,NEVER, EVER EVER, will I do this to myself again. Poor,poor quality and service.

Poorest Quality. Please do not buy. Just fabric poorly sewn together. Please l wished l would have read the reviews before l purchase. Items look nothing like the pictures. Also if you carefully read the description will tell you it’s irregular. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Rip Off!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY. I made the mistake of buying the clothes before reading the review. long story short It took almost a month for me to receive it and I guess because I reported the site with PayPal. CLOTHING is a joke, stings, and awful smell, also the quality is reallyyyy bad not even close to the pictures you see online, is a bad satin. and size completely off, I also got jean dresses that look like made at any home. Ones again do not fall as I did. It was a bad almost $200 dollars experience. Pls DO NOT BUY

I placed an order over a month ago with this company. A few days after I order they told me my order had been shipped and was on the way. That was a month ago. I haven't heard anything from them since then. There is no number to call and they will only accept emails. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company ever again. Please do not waste your time ordering from this company. You will be throwing money down the drain!

I have been waiting since March 17th for a item, it's currently May 2, 2022 and it's been in the same spot, Jamaica Queens, since the 18th, I would not recommend buying anything from this site, the shipping takes forever, and If you want to talk to someone, it's a run around.

If I could give a negative 0 I would.. YOCLUBWEAR Is a freaking joke.. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Uggghh

Beware!!! This company is absolutely a fraud and steals customers money. I placed an expedited order on 4-1-22 and never received the item. The expedited shipping stated I would receive the item between 5-7days, I never received the item. I sent multiple emails with no response. It’s now 4/22/22 and still haven’t received the item. I had to contact my bank to make a complaint. Please stay away. This company is a huge fraud

ZERO STARS TO BE CORRECT!

I placed a order in 4/2/22 and as of today, 4/21/22 no tracking number. They are a scam! I am in the process of reporting them the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), BBB, local authorities and requesting that paypal drop them.

First and LAST purchase here! I bought a yellow jacket for $40 and it was joke!!! Nothing like the picture. The material looks like a sleep wear! Terrible quality and looks. I wrote a review obviously with 1 star in their page and they hide it. Too disappointed!

I bought the white/black vogue pants and the pictures are very miss leading the material was very thin and pants were super small. They looked nothing like the picture, and paid extra for faster shipping and my order still arrived late. So unsatisfied with this purchase. Probably going to cost me more to pay to send them back than what they are worth. If I could give zero stars I would.

I purchased a shirt March 16th and paid $9.99 for expedited delivery. I have USPS inform delivery where I can track my package I contacted them early April because I still haven't received my package and on inform delivery it was saying my package was stuck in Jamaica NY for 5 days. The customer service Rep that responded to my e mail every time was Amy she stated my order was on its wait every time she would say please be patient, by this time April 9 my patients was very slim. I e mailed them and stated what was the point of paying $9.99 expedited delivery if im still waiting on my order so she offer to give me a refund for the expedited delivery and stated it takes 1-7 business days still today April 18th I have not received my refund on the expedited delivery I finally received my shirt April 13th..... I have had the wrost experience ever dealing with this company almost a whole month to get a shirt and paid to get it faster and now I gets no response when I email them about the refund on the expedited delivery best advice DONT ORDER FROM YOCLUBWEAR!

I don't want to give any stars. I ordered 2 dresses and after a month 1 dress arrived and it looks NOTHING like what I ordered . The dress suppose to be midi dress but it drags the floor and I'm 5'7. Also, I never received the other dress and I'm having a very hard time getting my refund.

If I could give this company a zero star. I would. This is a scam company. Don't purchase from this company. Cheap. Cheap.cheap. They don't believe in refunds. The outfit was made of paper and sounded like balled up plastic. Do not purchase from here.

Do not order from this company I ordered from this company March 27th my package did not arrive until over 2 weeks later I Email to try to cancel and they told me I had to wait to receive the package to Return the package then when I sent the email send the email saying I wanted a refund they told me that I had to wait until they received the package back for the refund I sent the confirmation of me returning the Package. The return address is not the address that's on the package when it arrives the return address is to China and the address is so difficult to understand when you're returning it it's quite possible that the package won't even get back to the return address the best advice I can give is to write the return address down as they give it to you in the email. the Clothing was ugly And did not look like the picture Email customer service is horrible there's no one to contact only by email please please do not order from this company

Wish I can give this experience an zero. A group of us bought a dress from the site and it was not as advertised! The dress was very thin and was not wearable. DO NOT waste your money!

I had ordered a outfit and then decided to cancel my order after i read the reviews. They tried to offer me an xtra 10% percent if i would not cancel my order but i told them no i wanted my money back. Its been almost month and im still waiting for my refund. I keep emailing them and they just keep saying my refund is being process. This company a THEIF. Please beware.
