Very happy so far. I have recently signed up as a client and transferred my pension after a period of poor performance elsewhere. Service and personal contact have been very good and transparant.

Disappointing.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial and managed to only use it for 3 days before I couldn't log in again. I messaged support on 13 Feb to help with the logging in issue and received no reply. I managed to get a hold of someone in the chat on 17 Feb, who asked me to reset my password and try logging in again. Of course by now my trial has expired.

In those 3 days that I could get it working, I could not find the funds using their codes. Asked for help from support on 12 Feb, no reply again.

From what I can gather Yodelar are fairly new in the field of financial advice which was one of the main reasons I entrusted them with my savings.
I decided to put all my main shares and funds under one main umbrella to make things simpler for for wife.
Whilst the process was new and different than I expected the people I dealt with were very understanding, helpful and patient, I am very pleased with the outcome and can now rest easy in the knowledge my finances are being professionally looked after on a regular basis by experts in the field.

We have recently moved our portfolio to Yodelar. The process from contact to moving funds has been seamless. The advice team have been excellent, no question is too small and we have been very impressed with how quickly any response is and associated action. The sad fact is that the vast majority of portfolios are invested in very poor performing funds, this includes funds invested on your behalf by IFA's!
