Lucas is fantastic as an instructor
Lucas is fantastic as an instructor! Over my 71 very active years, I've run, cycled, taken Spin, Yoga (Yin & Hatha), and Fitness Classes, private Pilates Reformer sessions and more. Adding YogaBody with Lucas has made a marked improvement in my hip & back flexibility and mobility. I'm on my 25th day of the 21 Day Hip Opening Challenge and it will remain as a daily routine forever!
I needed this so much more than I thought!
I was very careful to select this programme as there is so much 'noise' in this space. Lucas' consistent high quality trailers and his sciencey approach gave me confidence and Im SO GLAD I did. Im now nearly half way thought he 'first round' and I'm sure I'll be doing this every day for ever (at least I hope so!) . I have done a lot of yoga in the past and thought Id be an intermediate level bit NO - most often I have to do option one and I have much less mobility than I thought. Making this even more valuable and exciting. Just 15 mins a day. Do it. You wont regret it.

I am using Lucas' 21 day hip stretching program in tandem with other stretching I do in a studio. I have made remarkable progress in my flexibility, mobility and agility which is directly the result of the YogaBody stretching program which Lucas facilitates. He is knowledgeable, articulate and calming which is amazingly helpful during deep stretches!

The 21 day hip opening challenge is great! Waited over a year or more after seeing ads to finally sign up for it. IMMEDIATELY I have felt a huge improvement in my mobility & how I move & feel, even after sitting for a long time at work or in the car, it has helped my mobility. The videos are easy to follow (and lots of options for various levels of abilities). I just completed the 21 days & will loop the session back around again. Also I like that there are only 2 poses per day, around 15 minutes which worked with my schedule. I bought it on sale, and it was worth the price.

I started a three week trial of the Five for Life and also joined two master classes with YB (bones and feet). I have an arm injury so the Five for Life two daily sessions on strength or strength plus and the deep stretching have helped me stay consistently moving during this time of repair. The choice of strength or strength plus allows me to work harder on the lower body with plus and keep upper body work lighter. The reminders to track steps each day is good too. Great program, instructor explains really well, very knowledgeable, and easy to follow for everyone with different modifications. My flexibility is getting better. Definitely recommended.
Great experience
This hip opening programme has literally improved my yoga experience 200 fold. The exercises are relevant, well explained and so useful in the way I now perform some asana positions. Importantly, it has taught me to have more patience with my body’s limits and teaches how to increase my tolerances safely. Great programme!

The Instructions are very clear. Lucas has a very calm and friendly way of teaching. He always explains different variations, I found a fitting variation on every excercise.
I had a lot of pain in my back and my hips so I bought the Happy Back Challange as well as the Hip Opening Challange (both take 21 days to finish). I started my days with the back challange & finished them with the hip challange. It became a routine and it helps me to enegize in the morning and also to calm down in the evening.
After I finished the first 21 days my back got way better! My hips still hurt, but the range of motion increased significantly.
I don't think I have to say that I startet my second go-thrue directly the day after I finished my first :)
There would even be live classes included in the one time purchase. But I can't tell anything about them, since I haven't tried them so far.
Over all I can absolutely recommend everything he offers. Also the price/value ratio is amazing!

The Science of Stretching provides options for every level of flexibility your body can handle. The 3 principles lay your foundation and you’re off to greater flexibility. I’m grateful for this program.
After 40 you have to move daily
After 40 you have to move daily. Finding the right movement, the time and the consistency is hard. This is where Yogabody helps a lot. 15 minutes a day does not seem enough, but doing it every day does the trick. I always thought about strength training as necessary, but stretching is also a must have.
YOGABODY for a change through the change!!
YOGABODY is designed for people at all fitness levels. I’m 65 and have always been passionate about fitness varying my workouts and diet along the way. But menopause was difficult to navigate. I had to make changes due to my hormonal fluctuations- Weight gain, increased cortisol, fatigue, low back pain (sciatica) autoimmune and inflammation. I truly enjoy and my body responds well to Lucas’s 15- min strength and stretch. It’s not just exercises it’s educational. In only 2 months I’ve noticed a significant difference. I actually look forward to it each day.

Lucas @ Yogabody is the real deal, I love that he wasn't always bendy so knows how to help anyone achieve their goals and improve flexibility no matter their age or how stiff they start out. His programs are self paced with differing levels and I have been amazed at the results - it really does only need 15 minutes a day to feel noticeable improvement in just days.
