More flexible
I have been stretching all my life and I have never become more flexible, until I tried Yogabodys hip opening challenge. I have never been more flexible in my life, and I am 63.

It feels kind of weird to say …
It feels kind of weird to say something as seemingly dramatic as this changed my life, but it is true. I purchased the hip opening series in March of 2025. I had tried many things to help reduce the extreme pain in my hips. I was in my mid 30s thinking it was time to hang up the cleats and stop playing pick-up soccer. I was already wondering if I would have to have hip surgery like my elder family members.
I purchased the YogaBody 21 day hip opening challenge and put in the work and kept at it. Not only is the hip pain gone, but I’m still playing soccer. Plus, I completed my first Triathlon this month (May 2026)! Whenever my hips feel a little tight, I now have the knowledge (and still have the videos) to do a little bit of maintenance stretching.

This has been an amazing journey of a 21 day course. Lucas is intentional and inspirational. He explains so much more than just how to stretch, but also why to stretch and what else to do to keep healthy. Loving this!

I'm really enjoying the strength and stretch classes . I'm on my 4th week and have noticed a difference already in my body shape and strength . I had problems with my knees before , but it has definitely lessened since starting. The instructions are clear , and you are given options in them to suit all abilities. I also think it is very reasonably priced . I can't recommend this enough .
Facebook ad, but this one helps
There are a lot of ads on Facebook, so I am typically skeptical. However, YOGABODY did not disappoint. The classes are easy to follow and to integrate into my busy day. Lucas has a very calm voice and it‘s relaxing to just listening to him. The exercises really help. I had hip issues and the training helped. It is not an on/off switch, it takes time. But the nice thing about these classes is you buy once, no subscription. You can always come back and repeat.

I purchased the hip opener program and the feet masterclass program. Loving both. Lucas not only provides excellent exercises, but he also goes into the science in an easy way to understand. I look forward to incorporating the exercises into my routine even after I am done going through the program.

You can do it at your own pace and time of day that’s convenient. I like the modified poses if something seems too challenging.
Hip opener series
I purchased the hip opener series. Although the exercises were initially challenging/uncomfortable, Lucas provides a lot of modifications. By the end of the series, all pain in my hip area was completely gone and flexibility significantly improved.

I've completed the 21 day back and 21 day hip opening challenge numerous times. It's great that you pay once and can do it multiple times. I love Lucas's style, he's so easy to follow, really informative and engaging. In fact, I've tried numerous online programs and I keep coming back to Yogabody. I've just signed up for the 5 for life and love it. The short 15 min sessions mean you can always fit them in at some point in the day. I'm now looking at one of the face to face events in Barcelona. Highly recommended!

I have completed many programs with Lucas and the Yoga body team. I am 1000 hour trauma informed yoga educator, and work as an exercise physiologist. Lucas is a brilliant educator! I highly recommend any of his offerings.

I enjoyed this series of classes because as my confidence and flexibility grew, so did the difficulty level of the exercise. Also there were various adaptations I could use if I wasn’t able to do the maximum stretch. Everything I needed for the classes was right there available in my home. No need to go and buy anything. I like the fact that I can continue to use the videos as long as I wish.

I have followed YogaBody for years and have always been pleased with the interactions I have had. I also have the Hip Opening Challenge, the Happy Back Challenge, Hamstrings Freedom classes, plus a few more. I have always found Lucas easy to listen to and easy to follow. I recommend Yoga Body to those interested in a down-to-earth fitness program.

I've been participating in the Five for live since one month now
I've been participating in the Five for Life program for about a month now and I find it's perfect for me and I can highly recommend it! It's explained really well, and I can easily integrate the 15 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of stretching into my daily routine. I automatically get my steps in through walks with my dog. Next, I'll add jogging/slightly faster paces. Many thanks and best regards from Switzerland

My back is less miserable…
I'm on my second round of the Happy Back challenge. The program is a great way to focus on strengthening core muscles that support your spine, but don't expect immediate relief, just a supplement to good back health. Compared to the cost of regular yoga classes, I think this is a great investment in your health. The App is a bit clunky, I use mine on my tablet else I can't see what Lucas is showing me to do. Overall I'm glad I bought it.
