Currently waiting nearly 3 months, AVOID!

Ordered some pads from Yokkao on 22nd November 2023. It is now 8th February 2024 and i still haven't received them.
Was notified on 6th Jan the pads had been made and i should receive them by 18th January but still not received any shipping confirmation.
Yokkao really need to spend some of their money on more staff to make and deliver the products instead of spending it all on flashy marketing campaigns.
Avoid unless you are comfortable with not knowing whether your product may (or may not) arrive.

Update: Now 27th Feb, I have emailed Yokkao 4 times requesting a refund since this review and heard nothing back. I have issued a chargeback with my bank as it seems they have just taken my money and ran.

High quality, and Quick!

I ordered a set of shinguards, handwraps and gloves, everything came together, sooner than the ship out date said. Everything feels great and after putting a few rounds jn with them, they're everything you need. Nothing extra you don't need, just great classic gear

THEY BLOCKED ME AFTER THEY SCAMMED ME 70€

THEY BLOCKED ME ON INSTAGRAM AFTER I REACHED OUT TO THEM.
1. the order was: #YOKKAO-EU24418
2. the order came without an item (short carbonfit stadium S)
3. I contacted the assistance, they apologised and asked me to wait.
4. After a month of waiting, I contacted the support again and they told me that the item I had chosen was NOT in stock, proceeding then with telling me to choose something else from the list that they sent me, ( mind you on the yokkao site the item I had chosen was “available” lie )
5. I choose another item, specifying that if it would take another month I would have preferred the refund,
6. next day, i had no answer via email yet, so I wrote on instagram. @YOKKAO verified account (I'm attaching the screenshots) I talked to someone who told me that you would have answered by email, still no response by email, the next day I go back to instagram and they had me BLOCKED.
7. The first thing that comes to mind: I will never get my 70€ back, they scammed me. So I immediately talked to my parents and went to read about the reviews: all negative. From the first to the last. Steal from people and don't ship your items.

Ordered on Wednesday, received on Sunday.
Very quick shipping considering it cane from Thailand to Brisbane.
Good quality gear, and very quick shipping.

Customer support

Wrote a review after no update on my package for 2 weeks and customer support ignoring my emails.

Yokkao responded to my review saying they would ship it out that day and asked for me to remove my review, they did not ship it ou that day and I still have not received my shorts, and they are still ignoring my emails.

Feels like yokkao cares a lot more about self image than their customers

I agree with the one star reviews below. Customer service does not get back to you. Tracking information does not get updated. They promote really well however, I would avoid buying from these ever again.

I purchased two items but only one was…

I purchased two items but only one was delivered. I’ve reached out to customer service and they said they can’t help. I paid a lot of money and I never imagined that the items will not be delivered. I’m going to send a report to the Better Business Bureau because it’s unacceptable to pay hundreds of dollars and not receive the item you paid for.

Waiting for my order 2 months and about to be 3

Update 1/27/24: I received gloves 2 weeks ago. They weren't the correct color. (ordered Lime Zest and recieved Unreleased Lime punch without any communication on the fact LIME ZEST IS NO LONGER SELLING AFTER WAITING AND WAITING. Now have lime zest shin guards and lime punch gloves which dont match at all ones limee green and other is yellow. Ask to return shin guards in exchange for lime punch but get a discount for them but will have to keep lime zest shins so extra shinguard for a mistake they created. Hole point ordered both same color is to match.

(got refund on gloves but all this couldve been avoided)

All I am adding is One star.

Cannot Deliver, DONT BUY

Really poor service, still waiting on my order from 19th Nov, no sign of it 6 weeks later. I made sure to order items that were not 'Preorder' and yet 2 of my 3 items were confirmed - ONE MONTH later - as 'Preorder' by customer services. CS just keep saying theres a back log of orders. I feel as though I have been duped and that the products will not arrive. I advise against ordering from the site unless you are buying a present for your unborn grandchildrens 18th birthday. Or like throwing away your money.

Yokkao worst customer service

Probably the worst customer service out there. Don't trust any of these 5 star reviews talking about their customer services being reliable. Probably written by bots or Yokkao themselves.

It says on their website the product will deliver within 3-5 days but turns out they are actually selling stock on their website that they do not have. I ordered a bunch of stuff on their site with multiple other people last month and our orders have not yet been fulfilled. And when you ask the customer service whats happening you just get a empty promise of it will deliver within 2 weeks over and over again. I actually waited two weeks hoping they would fulfill their promise but to no suprise they just emailed an almost exact copy of the previous email asking to wait another 2 weeks, with no updates or information as to whats going on with the order.

Absoloutely criminal. Save yourself the hassle and don't order from them online. If you really need Yokkao gear order from a 3rd party retailer or go in person to get the product yourself.

They’re a pack of pr*cks! Do not order from them unless you’re prepared to wait 4 months or more for your gear. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, they do not care one bit about their customers. Buy from other vendors who care about their customers!

Purchased larger order that was…

Purchased larger order that was supposed to be shipped to Thailand while I was visiting. 2 weeks After purchase still nothing so I send them an email. They said 2 shorts weren’t in stock so they didn’t send the order also didn’t inform me….. I decided to purchase additional pair of shorts and had to shipped to Bali as it was my next stop ( I had to pay 100 usd tax because they didn’t ship on time to Thailand). Package arrived eventually but with no shorts.I had to file dispute just for single shorts but it left me only with 1 pair of shorts out of 4 I ordered. I honestly don’t know who runs this company but it’s scary.
