Last November 24th I placed my order…

Last November 24th I placed my order and I still don't know when it will arrive at my house. I understand that they may be overwhelmed by orders as Christmas approaches, but they also don't give an answer as to when they are going to ship the product. Very bad online shopping experience.

Finally I requested a refund of my money, which after a couple of evasion I got. I really thought this was a good brand but I was wrong. Throughout my life I have made a few international purchases and this has never happened to me.

Same issue as many other in here. Order were supposed to be send out at certain date, never received any tracking and ive been waiting now for 3 weeks.

Customer service is horrible, they will likely never reply to your email.

Bad experience

EDIT: Still no response nor update at all even though Trustpilot contacted me because Yokkao asked for order number and mail addres to not get my review deleted. They seem to have time commenting on the questionable 5 star reviews though...

As the two reviewers previous to mine, I got the information on the website that my order will be shipped on 4th of december. I ordered mid November. As no shipping notification came along, I reached out 3 times to then get the response that there are delays and my order which was determined to be a christmas present actually won´t arrive before christmas but in january, "It will be worth the wait", they said. I responded to discuss solutions but didn´t hear back from them.

I would suggest less marketing and more customer service as a long term strategie. Won´t buy again.

DO NOT BUY ,YOU WASTE MONEY

I placed an order from uk and the shipping with ups is 20 pound.
It says 3/4 days for shipping, 3/4 days to arrive.After 8 days item wasn't dispatched.I requested the cancellation of the order,customer service acknowledge the request and only replies that there are shipping issues and it takes a bit longer.I asked to cancel the order again.
After 13 days they dispatched the item.
I ordered a pair of ankle support that I own already in another colour.
There is a huge dimension difference.I forwarded pictures ,the item is very big compare to the one I have.They ignored my emails for days and then they informed me that I can return it.I asked for pre paid label because the item is faulty.They declined the request.
Don t buy ,there are plenty of decent brands ,don' t waste money for buy yokkao.Read other reviews ,it is not a single case

Awful shipping

I would have given no stars if that was possible. Honestly, horrendous customer services. Just don't order from them. I ordered a pair of shin pads for Christmas for my son in early October with a shipping date of 6th of November. I was told last week my order was being expedited because of a delay and now they've told me they cannot ship the item until January.

Never buying again from Yokkao again

Never buying again from Yokkao again. Placed an order in September that I haven't received 👎. Do yourselves a favor and order from other vendors that are more reliable instead.

Later Edit: Haven't received a full refund either and they have a hard time replying to e-mails.

Terrible delivery / stock management

As soon as you order, the nightmare begins:
No news from the order, until you ask the "customer service" who tells you that your product has to travel from Thailand first (the product was displayed as "in stock" on the website...)

After multiple emails, product received after 45 days.

Too bad because the product are good, but I will never buy from them again.

Best gear ever.

Yokkao makes the best fight gear hands down. I have never been this satisfied with my training equipment!! My only issue is that I wish they would make more gear for mma! I love YOKKAO

Terrible service

My whole experience has been completely ridiculous so I will just keep it short in notes, or this will be a whole book.
I bought Muay Thai shorts that was too big for me, after being reccomended that size by their live chat.
- Terrible delivery time, took 1 month and a half, received after writing to them on mail about an update on my order.
- Bad email response time
- Does NOT want you to refund, whole process was hell.
- Exchanged a total of 26 emails JUST TO REFUND.
- Paid the shipping fees for me, which was a plus, but then deducted that amount from the price of the shorts. So what was the point? I pointed this out to them and they apologized, asked for my PayPal, and sent me half the amount. I couldn't be bothered with them anymore after 26 emails and decided I will just leave it be and write this review of my experience instead.

There is no customer service…

One of the worst customer experiences i’ve ever had. They shipped me the incorrect item then dragged out every bit of the return process beyond belief. I’m not expecting Amazon-type of shipping speed but i do expect customer service to be available. They have a chatbot that doesn’t respond (how’s that a thing..?), customer service reps provide phone numbers that do not work and emails are responded to slowly and without helpful details. They received my returned item 10 days ago and i still do not have my (correct) gloves. Not only that, i was told that my replacement gloves were shipped 3 days ago (it took them 7 days to scan the return and package the correct gloves???) yet the tracking number i was given still is not showing up in the system so it hasn’t ACTUALLY been sent yet. It’s been over 3 weeks since i placed the original order. Based on my experience and many reviews you can find on this site it seems they have little/no interest in their customers once the money is theirs.

I shudder to think how long the process would take if i actually ask for a refund should the wrong gloves show up at my house again.

Great boxing gloves and no issues with delivery

I ordered in stock boxing gloves from YOKKAO Europe. I took about 8 business days to receive the product in EU area. Gloves are flawless and feel great. I have only used them a few hours but I don't see any reason why these should not hold up for very long time.

Where is my item? SHOCKING service & communication

I pre-ordered some shin guards on 10/08/23 which were supposed to be dispatched 24/08/23. The only info provided by the tracking link is that the order has been placed (dispatched). I contacted Yokkao 5 separate times over the course of 2 weeks to ask where my items are & have received ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION back about this. To make matters worse there isn't even a umber you can ring them on. I've paid a lot of money for this product & the level of service & communication has been beyond abysmal. I am incredibly disappointed & starting to become incredibly infuriated by this situation. GET IT SORTED!

Unhappy with customer service

I've ordered 2 pair of gloves. One was delivered straight away but the other pair... Originally informed on site it's going to take 2 weeks more to receive Matrix laced gloves. No sign of delivery after 3 weeks, contacted customer service only to be told to wait 2 weeks. After 5 weeks (went on annual leave) there was no sign of delivery. Contacted customer service again only to hit the wall, no one responded for a week! I understand it takes time to make exceptional gloves but I am waiting nearly 2 months now and there is no explanation. My patience is running out :(
