Steve Madden sandals…

I recently purchased a pair of jewelled Steve Madden sandals from this site who were the only ones with the size needed for my granddaughter they were for a special occasion although expensive my granddaughter loved them on arrival she opened them to try them on and found the right sandal perfect but the left one the jewels on the strap had been applied haphazardly there wasn’t time to return and reorder so decided to see if we could have them fixed by a cobbler in the mean time I contacted yoox first time no reply second time I had a reply asking for photographs which I supplied and all they could offer was a 10% reduction which really is nothing as it will cost more than that to have them fixed so that was my first purchase and definitely my last from yoox

I find perfect products and sizes but…

I find perfect products and sizes but tendree shipping 230$ and above is difficult when you want one or two pieces that may cost 150$. Also it would be very helpful to add to the details the size the model wears so i can adjust my order accordingly and finally i would really appreciate if the exchange of size can be available again.

Long time customer

I've bought many items of clothing and shoes from Yoox over the last 14 years or so. I just love their selection of clothes, and their return service is easy to use.
I love that I can narrow my search to very specific needs for clothes: short sleeves, long sleeves, a line dresses, and so on. That is critical when the company has so many items to choose from.
The sales are great, I have unique Euro brands (I'm in Los Angeles) to wear, what can I say, I just love this company.

I’ve always loved YOOX

I’ve always loved YOOX. I tell all my friends to use it. Great prices and a wide variety
However, no more
I was going to be away but a pair of trousers was available again and I decided to order my things using a pick and collect point as I could get them myself.
Very slow delivery
I returned and
3 weeks later I get dubious tracking saying it is too remote to deliver. It is the collect point that they offered.
Why do YOOX allow this as a collect point if it’s too remote?
They make out it’s my problem
When I email they quote the tracking which I can actually read. I’m not stupid.
Dreadful service
Nobody reads your actual emails, they are super polite and disinterested. This was my go to place for clothes and I’ve bought a bit.
Now I’m waiting for my clothes that are in limbo as the pick up point does not exist and yet I paid nearly £200 and my money was taken happily.

How did I book a collect
Point that does not exist YOOX?
Ineptitude and beyond
They were better before net a porter took over frankly

Don't use this company

Would not recommend this company.
I bought some boots in February and sent them back. Still not had my refund because they have lost the order.
Also when I log onto my account to check the order, nothing is on there.
Poor customer service and follow up from them

I have made a number of purchases on…

I have made a number of purchases on YOOX and, up 'til now, have been happy with the selection and quality of the merchandise. However, a recent experience has soured my opinion.

I purchased a pair of sweatpants listed on the YOOX website as a men's Size L. However, when I received them, it was obvious that the sweatpants were NOT a men's large; the waist and inseam length were small enough to fit my wife who is 5'4". In fact, my wife expressed doubt that they would even fit her and pointed out that they actually looked like a BOY'S size L.

When I contacted YOOX about this, they initially told me there was nothing they could do because the sweatpants were marked "Final Sale" and that the sizing can vary between different makes of clothing. As a person who has purchased many different designers' clothing over the years and is well aware of the differences in cuts and sizing of different clothing, I felt insulted by this.

When I expressed my disappointment in their decision via a follow-up email, a gentleman named "Mohamed" apologized and asked me to send a picture of the size and serial number of the sweatpants, and they would offer a "suitable solution." Not only did I do this, I also sent photos, with the aid of a yardstick, illustrating how small the sweatpants were. I even offered to pay the difference for a more expensive item as a replacement for the sweatpants.

However, I received a response from someone else in Customer Care named "Rawan" who reiterated that because the sweatpants were marked final sale, they could not be returned. I was confused by this response, as I had already been told that a suitable solution would be offered.

As I stated above, I have generally been very happy with the merchandise that I've purchased from YOOX. However, going forward, I would be very leery about purchasing anything from the website in the future.
