Yoox is great

Yoox is great. Nowadays, we don't get a lot of crazy bargains even at the outlets. However, Yoox, from time to time, would sell some of the stuff at the price so low it is almost ridiculous. Just love shopping luxury stuff at unbelievable prices. Thank you so much

Everything was great

Everything was great. I purchased a suit and I had limited time before the event. I contacted customer service and they expedited shipment. The only problem I had was with Klarna. I wanted to pay in installments via Klarma, but sadly they didn't accept any of my credit cards, I have American banks Visa and American Express.

Looks like Yoox is really going down…

Looks like Yoox is really going down the drain.
After 15 years being a client, I have been really furious with them lately.
My order has been placed 25.03. Never been delivered to the address listed. Instead, with huge delays, they actually delivered it elsewhere, to the pick up point. I wrote them a message that I am not going to be running around looking for my parcel and asked to be reimbursed.
Well, 900 euros and three weeks later, order has not been delivered and I wasn’t reimbursed. Radio silence from their so called customer service.
They are not what they used to be. Stay away.

I would give Yoox 0 rating if it were…

I would give Yoox 0 rating if it were available. I have been a customer for 23 years and have never had such an appalling experience to date. I currently have multiple returns stuck in the UK with UPS due to incorrect information being provided by Yoox to UPS on the returns label, missing package for over 2 months with no refund and no UPS returns label with new orders. The UK customer service number currently has a fault and I have sent multiple emails over the past few weeks with no response.
