Helena & Becki have been professional from the start. Gave honest appraisal and advised not to market too high as we probably wouldn't get any viewings. Dishonest sales person to a tee. Yopa (Medway, James) did nothing but delay and stall our purchase ending with us being “gazumped” after six weeks of conveyancing. Our money & any remaining faith in estate agents gone. Greed & dishonestly sadly wins out again. Avoid.

David was excellent to deal with as our agent from day one. Throughout the whole process he explained how everything worked and managed the whole process. He was very quick to arrange all the necessary elements to get the advert live and made the process extremely easy for me. He hosted all of the viewings and from our first meeting I was reassured he would work hard to market and sell the house. I can only recommend David and Yopa to everyone selling a house in the area.

Dreaful, as soon as they call you get asked if you want to view, despite of the rightmove form tells them clearly I would be interested when i get an offer but have got questions I'dneed answering before I can consider it properly. Can't get info, they tell you don't have your questions then read them out to you. Then got asked if I've got an agent whilst ignoring me asking if she'll answer these questions, basically wanting me to sign up, even though my rightmove form tells you that I do have an agent and that i live 300 miles away. So no reply to my questions and I dismissed the property, was in two minds as it was constantly taken off the market. Shame but hey.
And then as a thank you they just add you to their mailing list for adds. Brilliant.

David made it stress free considering we had not bought and sold a house for 35 years.Lots of communication made a massive difference to us. David went over and above to help us. It felt like a pretty simple situation for us I know it wouldn’t be but we didn’t feel any pressure . The whole team involved were very good and we thank them for that as we were in Australia visiting our daughter and young grandson while this was going on. A massive thank you to a wonderful team. We experienced a personal service beyond our expectations, kept informed, updated and shared information. Answered all our questions / queries throughout very promptly. Our agent, Ben, was outstanding. He was always ready to help with any questions and as a go between. He couldn’t do anymore to help. The after sales could have done more to help, Francesca did try to find out when asked but otherwise I heard nothing from that side. I’ve never bought a property before so can’t compare with shops to go and see someone personally.

My house sales consultant Wayne was on time for my valuation appointment and was knowlegeable regarding Yopas terms and the services they provide
All in all very professional while he conducted the meeting
I have since decided not to sell but wouldn't hesitate to contacted him again should the need arise.

I can't praise Leanne Ord ( York ) enough.
Instead of a virtual viewing, she actually made time out her busy schedule to do the viewing personally, was professional but approachable all through the viewing. Asked pertinent questions, to do with the property.
Made the whole experience easy and throughly worthwhile.
She definitely knows her onions.
When we come to sell, I will be using her and her team to market the property.

This was perhaps our most challenging move to date! However we feel we must mention one member of the Yopa team in Dumfries in particular. Emily was the member of staff we dealt with consistently throughout the purchase of our new property. She was always very helpful and informative and offered us reassurance when on a number of occasions things became quite challenging!We would both like to thank Emily personally, we are now in our property and wading trough the boxes!
