Great information beforehand made the self check in faultless and the parking stress free.
The property didn’t disappoint either. Looked exactly like the photos. Everything spotless and fresh. Comfy beds and good showers means we’ll definitely be back.

Kitchen was dirty including the cutlery, cups and pans. Bedding was clean and nice bathrooms but general feel was dirty

We have just had a stay at luxury hot tub house just on the outskirts of York city centre this week. Its just a fifteen minute walk to the shambles area. The house is lovely, clean and comfortable. All the beds and sofas were so comfortable. The house has everything you need for a self catering break away in York. Plenty of space for all to sit in the living area comfortably. The hot tub was lovely and clean. We only had 2 issues on arrival which was only 2 teaspoons and 5 knives in the cutlery draw. The 2nd was the garden was completely over grown with bramble bushes over hanging the table and chairs making them be covered in bird poo and brambles and weeds all around the stones in the garden. I contacted york boutique let's on arrival and they were mortified the cleaner and hot tub guy hadn't informed them about how bad things had got. I said it was fine, but wanted to let them know before next guests stayed but we did need more cutlery. The following day we were left the missing cutlery and they some how got a gardener in straight away and the garden was sorted out following afternoon by a lovely guy they employed. He was really lovely and told us all about York. Honestly couldn't of asked for anymore. They were quick to respond to those 2 issues. Definitely recommend this property.
If anything on a negative point is the outside furniture. Could do with updating to something more comfortable as its only an old picnic bench with 2 orange plastic chairs, but not really a negative. Its just a suggestion to make it even better, as it is fine to sit out on. Just to make it more luxury like the rest of the house was. Thanks for letting us stay at this lovely holiday house

Stayed at apartment A at Aura in York last week. Very nice flat comfy beds all as advertised. Got a little confused on finding the key but after that fine. Front entrance door to the apartments was damaged and I reported this. There were two small items which I had not reported as there was no ware to leave a message. Not far from centre and the taxi firm in the folder were very prompt.

What a wonderful house. Clean and beautiful place. The house is wonderful and very comfortable. I must stay again when I back to York. All the time make my family feel enjoyed the trip. Excellent staff to help me to get the key. Lovely house.

Amazing acomadation

Stayed in cocoa luxury suites room 23 York . Can’t enter til 4pm and have to leave by 10am . Asked for an early book in and told they would ask the cleaners and get back to me never did . Nothing luxury about it . One draw missing from tv unit state satellite channels there are nine . Left 1and half toilet rolls ! Dropped my earring on sofa between cushion when I looked for it there was a large amount of food ect between the cushions . God location

Great little place, handy for the top end of Acomb and the bus.
The company were excellent at sending out confirmation and other details too.

We recently stayed at The Stables Luxury House for 2 days as a group of 14, and it was perfect! From the moment we booked to the moment we left, the communication was fantastic, friendly, and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The house is modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the kitchen and white goods made it feel like a real home from home.

The location is excellent, just a short distance from York with a bus stop right outside the property, which made getting into the city really easy. One of the highlights for us was the party room at the bottom of the garden, which even had its own hot tub, an ideal space for relaxing and having fun together.

The only small downside was that the water pressure in the showers wasn’t the best. That said, it didn’t affect our stay and certainly wouldn’t stop us from booking again.

Highly recommend The Stables Luxury House for anyone looking for a stylish, spacious place near York; we’d return!

My family of 4 stayed at St John Street House. Great location for walking into city. The house itself was an old Victorian house and could be lovely but it was dirty and unkept. Cobwebs hanging everywhere furniture broken and uncomfortable. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows very lumpy. Kitchen not very well equipped there were no suitable knives really, the few pots there were, have been ruined. The integrated door came off fridge/freezer, I would say not for the first time. The attic room was dangerous to try to access. Stairs were incredibly steep and not wide enough to fit your foot. A ladder would be safer. We had to clean the dining table before we could use it. The blinds were damaged & difficult to use. Would probably not go back.

3 of us stayed in the house on George Street. It was perfect for our stay and very well equipped. We appreciated the staff calling us to let us know that the property would be ready earlier than expected as this meant we could drop our cases and start our trip early! Fantastic property!

Seven of us stayed for two nights, the accommodation was first class, the house clean and well equipped and a short taxi ride into the City Centre. Perfect house for larger groups.

We stayed at Piccadilly Place in York. The property was spotlessly clean, very convenient for the city ( 10 minute walk). Would highly recommend.

A lovely stay at Priestly House, York: great apartment, comfortable & welcoming and well equipped for a city break. Ideal location for touring the city, with the added convenience of a car parking permit & Sainsbury's local supermarket on your doorstep.

We stayed at the Invigour House last week and had the most amazing time. From start to finish the staff at York Boutique Lets could not be more accommodating, responding to any questions I had within the hour and they went above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The house was incredible and all our guests commented on how fantastic it was. We are looking for reasons to book again as it was just amazing. We would 100% book again.

We stayed in an apartment on St. Lawrence Street, Walmgate. Despite being on a busy road, it was very quiet with tasteful modern decor. The two large double bedrooms had very comfortable beds and there were plenty of towels. It was very convenient for walking into York. Walmgate had a great selection of restaurants, pubs and takeaways, all close at hand. We had to park the car a few streets away and keep checking if it was ok, so a dedicated car parking space would be appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped but needed a couple more pans to be able to fully self-cater. Overall, a lovely apartment with good communication from Boutique Lets throughout.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of all amenities, restaurants, shops and pubs. Very clean, comfortable beds, easy access, and a car parking space if you need.
