Plants arrived in good time but unfortunately the top pack of plant were all brown and also squashed the pack of plants below which was not nice to find. Emails and pictures have been sent and happy to report situation has been resolved

you supplied me dead plants
you supplied me dead plants - i have sent photos and over 10 e -mails trying to rectify - to have new plants but your customer service team just dragging it out etc .requesting more photos even though i have proof they have been looked at them this whole situation is causing trauma for no reason ,it was two dead plants surely just send another two and teach the person who packed the difference between dead and alive

Excellent - Very efficient company
I was more than happy with my purchase of an Acer Shirasawanum Jordan. It arrived in perfect condition and I could not have picked a better sample had I chosen it personally 👏 I have a few Acers but this is the first green one. The communication, delivery and packing (which was in tact no damage at all, well done delivery people) were excellent. I shopped with You Garden years ago and will definitely shop again in the future. Thankyou.

May be the length of time delivery took but the plants were a bit wilted on arrival. They still have't flowered despite regular watering.
