Delivery of plant good.
The plant(so called lemon tree) looked nothing like what I ordered. Which was a lemon tree with fruits.
It had a long triffid looking graft on it???
One whole green lemon & a very small one growing! I have emailed Numerous times. I’m now being ignored. I’ve requested collection or replacement.
£47 not well spent. & Bad customer service.

Dead and dying plants and still waiting for a refund
I received plants on 15/7/2026 in a dreadful condition where most were dead and dying. This company offers a refund but after 18 e-mails back and forth I’m still waiting. They keep asking for photos, which I have sent on several occasions, all to no avail. It’s not possible to speak to anyone direct, it seems a callcentre answers. Very poor customer service!!!
