Horrible
Would not recommend this company, there bullies. I cant go in to detail as last time they told me to remove my honest review or they would take me to court. I hope none goes through the hell they have put me and my partner through.

Absolute shocking place they don't even answer you don't go anywhere near them yous have been warned
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Can we give zero stars?
Property factors not worth having - a complete farce.
Would give no stars if was an option. Completely incompetent. I have had a wall crumble with damp caused by external brickwork. Reported in June and still have not had a visit from ANYBODY although they call me 3 times a day for my factor charges. The update today was they are still not booking 'specialist appointments' even though i have a 1 year old who can touch the external brickwork. The worst service I have ever ecountered.
Absolutely Appalling service!
After numerous forms of contact made to Your Place to resolve various issues I had raised I never heard back from them.
After being advised to use their service portal as well as email to them, I received no word back from the either.
I am currently in the process in selling my property and have been advised by my estate agents that the common areas managed by my factoring group are what is letting the sale of the property down.
After inspecting the maintenance schedule for many weeks and reviewing the state of the common area it is clear to see that the only work being carried out is someone signing a maintenance sheet stating 'stairs checked. I wish I could attach pictures to this review to allow everyone to see the state of the area that has not been cleaned but have been assured, has been thoroughly checked....I think not.
My Advice - Ask who your factoring company will be before buying a property with factoring services as Your Place will happily take your money every month and not provide adequate (if any) services.
I have been living in squalid conditions for a number of months now with rain penetration.
This company pays no regard to an emergency and up till now have only supplied a 5 bob tarpaulin.
None of the Wheatley group board members would put up with the like. Why should i.
Totally useless City Builders who are at apprentice level.
Shocking service
Scottish Property Factoring & Management Company
The worst factoring company I have ever had to deal with. They are owned and run by the Wheatley Group. The Wheatley Group also own 50% of the repair/maintenance company, "City Building". City Building are the only company which YourPlace will use for repair works, - no tenders are completed for any repair work, it is over priced with under qualified work and if your property has in the title deeds that YourPlace are the Factors you will struggle to get rid of them. They have the worse means of communications, are extremely difficult to deal with and will at every turn, make your life hell. No paperwork or guarantees are provided for the shoddy work which is done.I cannot stress enough, how much they should be avoided.
