Received my first box today. Very disappointed. Like someone else it included baby rice for 6months onwards which goes out of date in November when I recorded my due date as October. No baby bottles/minimal items for baby. I will see if the next box gets any better. Only really good item was breast cream.

I emailed Your Baby Club as advised in their comment but Ive had no response. I've therefore tried to cancel my automatic subscription and it won't let me? I've only been able to skip my next order which they would have changed me £23.99 for. Be warned!!!

Disappointed.
We paid £11.99 for our first free box which myself and my partner have both been excited to receive but upon review, theres absolutely nothing in here for the baby? Lots of items for mum (which is lovely..) but I wanted something for the baby and sonething to get excited over! I was also expecting a MAM bottle and a dummy as advertised in the photo but theyre missing 😞 The "baby rice" also goes out of date on 30.11.2025 and I'm not even due until January. Am I missing something? There's no way this box can cost £70?
I will wait for a response before I cancel my subscription.

I am disappointed the seal on the box was broken was on receipt. (It looks like someone previously opened it/returned item). Also, MAM baby feeding bottle is mixing as per the advert displayed when I ordered.

Very good box packed with helpful bits as a first time mum. Would've been nice to include some more baby focused bits as the foot mask and vitamin supplements were not relevant to me and I would've rather had baby items than items for myself.

I received the baby club box and very happy with items. I liked the bust and boob cream so useful to nourish care for my skin. Overall great thing was box had versatile items which good thing was suited for mum and baby. For newborn baby the small baby bottle and soother and bodysuit came pretty handy. Pleased with box

I'd give 0 if I could. the first 'free" box was ok. it was a smaller box that was filled and it had a decent mix of baby and mum products. However, the baby rice goes out of date before my baby will reach an age to eat it which is odd when they ask your due date and on top of that, the vitamin water drops go out of date next month. Getting this box automatically signs you up to a monthly 23.99 subscription that is supposedly worth 80 pound. I honestly struggled to see how it was even worth 23.99. it comes in a bigger box....why I don't know as its not even half full. its says 'Be made up of all new products not seen in previous boxes' yet out of the 11 items I received, 4 of them were the same as the last box, including the almost out of date vitamin drops again. AND for something called Your Baby Club, not a single item in this box was for a baby/child. it was all just complete crap to be honest. I got a tin of horrible smelling wax melts......I don't even own a wax melter and a weird hair towel wrap. Don't bother with this subscription

The first free box was good for the £11.99 however it signed me up automatically for the monthly box and I have paid £23.99 for a box of tat. I wouldn’t have minded if there were things in there for the baby but all that’s in there are things for a woman, not one baby item and things I wouldn’t buy.. I had the same nipple cream as last time and that was the only baby related thing then I had a hair towel and a face cleaning machine? I wouldn’t have been so bothered of being automatically signed up if it had things for the baby, safe to say I’ve cancelled my subscription and won’t be using this place again.

Purchased the first “free” baby box with £12 delivery which wasn’t so bad.
Then another one had been ordered on my credit card without my knowledge, I have checked all my details and I did not sign up to any subscription there are no emails or anything and this box was nearly £30 and full of rubbish to be honest.
No reply from customer services to rectify this so will have to go through my bank to block the account.

I have received my package and I must say I love the boob cream. Very soothing and cool on the skin, love the mile stone cards too. Very keen to try the Mio products as they are new to me

Happy with what I have received would like to try some nappies if they ever did another box and maybe some creams ect for post birth/postpartum.

I got the "free" ( pay for postage) box after seeing the website with "£70 worth" of items. What I recieved was half of the amount of items picturedont he website, a few samples and some flyers that didn't even have money off vouchers on. For £12 postage I suppose it's not THAT bad but it's definitely not what I was expecting at all. I've cancelled the subscription. I will say though, the order went through quickly and delivery was within 2 days .

I recently received my baby box and I’m very pleased with it but was a little skeptical at the beginning. The product arrived on time and was well-packaged, ensuring it was in perfect condition. The quality of each product in the box is excellent with a whole lot of different brands. It’s clear a lot of care went into both the manufacturing and presentation. I’ve already started using some and keeping the rest for when my angel is born. Thank you for a smooth and positive experience — I would definitely recommend this to others!

I received the “Your Baby Box” last week and I’m so happy with what’s inside. There’s a 50/50 mix for mum & baby, I thought it would mostly have baby things. For mums, my box came with 2 Mio creams, tea bags, vitamin hydration sachets and a foot mask. For baby, there’s a MAM bottle & dummy (we are big MAM fans!), muslin, Disney vest, baby rice, sun cream and vitamin drops. It also comes with beautiful milestone cards! So many bits to help a mum at any point during postpartum.

Really happy with our first Free Your Baby Club box! Delivery was super quick and everything inside was great quality. I originally planned to cancel after the free box, but I’ve been so impressed that I’ve decided to keep going. Definitely worth it. The discount flyers were a lovely bonus too!

Received a free 'Your Baby Box' and it included lots of fabulous (and useful!) free items! All the items were from proper brands and the sample items were a decent size. The items in my box were equally split for baby and for mum, so that was really nice and it was clear that the boxes had been made with clear thought and dedication for new parents. Although the items are random, this is the second box I've had (2 pregnancies) and each box was filled with really lovely items, all quite diverse and box my boxes were unisex, which was really lovely.
The 'your baby Box' is certainly worth getting for any new baby! They are so useful and contain items you didn't think existed - which was amazing and a few items that are great for the hospital bag!

Would recommend this to everyone during pregnancy or with a new baby! They are amazing boxes!

At first i was like maybe it was scam to receive the baby box club but I was too surprised when I received it… I really love all the products inside the box specifically the feeding bottle, I mean I'm a fully breastfed mom advocate but it will help as well when pumping the milk and placing it in the bottle… ohh also the milestone card definitely gonna used it😍everything is so lovely… thank you
