The recovery is your responsibility
One of the negative reviews for Your Child Freedom Formula suggests that this is a pyramid scheme. That is a ludicrous accusation. A fee is paid for a recovery programme that requires real change within the family unit, and yes, all change is uncomfortable. But the change is essential for recovery. And putting in the work from the parents is imperative, because the recovery will not miraculously happen on its own.
Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth about needing to change but it is always necessary. And it is easier to blame others when you don't want to take any responsibility for when your high expectations aren't met.
Following the program gives you the awareness and knowledge of how to recover from anxiety, but the change and work is down to you.

Life changing program
When my daughter's anxiety spiralled out of control, I felt helpless. I didn't have a proper understanding of what she was going through and the way I reacted to her symptoms, made it worse.
I now know what it is all about, thanks to Sam and her team. And my reaction to my daughter's behaviour has changed and made a huge difference.
I have more confidence, I am a lot calmer, thanks to the program. It requires the whole family to make a change, so it involves breaking old habits and implementing new ones but if the steps are followed and the advice given is implemented, you will get your life back, to how it was before the anxiety started.
