Great communication telling you what is not happening, had to return a crap made chair, padding in the arm collapsed inside a month, I bought the chair with heat and massage due to having a bad back. Then find out they can't deliver a new chair and pick up the crap one on the same day,but according to them they are looking after my interest, still can't figure that out. Then get a delivery date emailed to me,great you would think, but no,I complained that at about 6pm that my chair had not arrived to be told it might take up to 5 day's and I had been sent an automated message. So guessing I will have to take a week off work seeing as these fools are as much use as a chocolate teapot!

My order arrived well packaged. Very pleased with quality of the products and good delivery service. I would not hesitate in ordering again from this company.

No problems with the seller and had good communication with them and the delivery company.
Email and phone messages regarding delivery and they turned up exactly when they said they would.
However the bookcase was damaged during delivery through faulty / insufficient packing. The shelves of the bookcase were loose inside the packaging and every time the delivery men tipped the box the shelves fell around the packaging knocking corners off and gouging dents into woodwork.
It was cheaper to buy some wood glue, filler and paint to repair than to take another day off work, possibly two, for pick-up and redelivery.
Packaging needs to be more robust.

Quality items, smooth transaction. I particularly like their returns policy although I had no need to use it!

Arrived on time, as per the very informative emails, and in perfect condition. Well package/protected (arrived in 2 boxes) the table just required legs to be attached. The assembly was easy and straightforward. The quality of materials is excellent. I'm using the table (oval shaped design) as a stand for my curved Samsung TV (43inch). It couldn't be better. Well pleased.

Placed an order for a large amount of furniture on 20th May and received the final delivery of items at the end of August (despite the fact that all the items were marked as being in stock)!! Experience along the way wasn't great;

- Was charged for 2 man delivery when I hadn't asked for such
- Took a day off from work for a confirmed delivery but they didn't arrive
- Took receipt of a 'solid oak' table to find it was veneered - was advised the description on-line was incorrect but, having checked, the description still hasn't been updated

Always managed to get the matters resolved by talking to Customer Service but doubt that I will order from them again.

Excellent value for money, good quality nest of tables that came flat packed but went together without any difficulty. Delivered within the timeframe specified.

I ordered and paid for a light oak cube on Thursday and it was delivered on the following Monday at 10.45am. I was kept up to date with delivery tracking facility and it was spot on. The product is good quality and just what I wanted.

fast reliable delivery

I paid for a 2-person delivery for my bookcase, expecting this to be unboxed and carried to the room of my choice (as this is the normal service provided by other furniture companies that I ordered from in the past). However, the delivery men just left the bookcase, still inside the box, at my hallway, saying that this was the only service that they agreed to do and nothing more. I paid extra for the 2-person delivery for nothing! The company should be shameful for cheating its customer this way. I would definitely not be purchasing from this company again.

Very satisfied with the furniture. Arrived well packed and in good condition. On the down side we were expecting two items to be delivered and only one arrived and we had to wait a further week and arrange for a second delivery to be made which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Found this company whilst browsing. Placed an order for a bookshelf for my son's room. From start to finish the process was extremely professional and easy. I had to telephone to rearrange my delivery date this was done with no problems with a confirmation email sent immediately.
I would definitely use this Company again, and would recommend them.

The furniture is beautiful, the logistics experience was very good. Was an issue on the web page in that availability of products was set to a different date to then when you actually selected the products. Did not notice the discrepancy and was disappointed when I called to find that the goods were out of stock and would not arrive for Christmas.

This table is very good. Took 4 weeks to arrive. Money taken striate away, three weeks later was informed of it's arrival, delivery man came with his invioce but the table was not on the van. Then we had to wait another week for it's arrival. 4 weeks is a long time to wait . Don't you think?
