Ordered and paid for furniture in the middle of October. No mention of items not being in stock.Delivery eventually arrived on the 23rd of December. Unfortunately 1 box which contained essential bed parts didn't arrive leaving me with no bed and guests arriving for xmas. After another pointless phone call, I was informed the remaining parts were to arrive on the 28th or 29th. I felt at this point this company could not be trusted so I went to a local diy store and purchased timber to make the remainder of the bed so I didn't have to sleep on the floor. Its a good job I did because the remaining parts didn't turn up until this morning 5/1/16. Shall not be purchasing from here again. Cost me a lot of money but more annoyingly time I didn't have. The company offered me 5% of my order value as a token gesture. Didn't even cover my costs never mind the inconvenience. Be warned.

Said 2-4 weeks delivery. Chased after 4 weeks and told the following week. Heard nothing and chased again, told it would be another week. About 6 weeks in all, if I had known I wouldn't have ordered.

I would never normally order furniture on-line without seeing it first. I called the company to ask a few questions about how much 'self assembly' was involved and I then placed my order. The delivery people were great both at the booking end and the guy who delivered the goods. The furniture itself comes in lots of bits. Perfect if you are getting it into a small loft space when solid furniture won't do. It did take me a while to put together as absolutely everything has to be assembled, but now it looks great and I'm really pleased with it.

Fast delivery. Very pleased. Kept me well informed of what was happening. Felt like I didn't need to Chase them unlike a number of online furniture stores. Could have been cheaper though

Cabinet was very good and almost a match for my existing oak furniture. Had a bit of a split in the wood but it was hidden at the back so acceptable

Our corner TV stand was delivered within the timeslot. It was packed well.
The corner unit fitted well into the place where the TV was situated. It suited the room excellently.

Waited a long time for product, but it was really worth the wait as top quality product. Real value for money and nice people when telephoned about when I could expect delivery. Don't think anyone will get better quality for their money.
