Poor delivery, poor product
The delivery dates were inflexible - take it or leave it for a day of the week which suited them. It them didn't arrive at all and they said there had been a mess-up. The night before the next delivery (and my next time off work) they changed the timings. When the goods did arrive, they were obviously damaged: the drawer runners on my unit were very poor quality and construction and to be honest I was half glad they'd snapped in the factory, as they probably wouldn't have held out for long if they'd not been faulty. There couldn't have bee any quality control as it was fairly obvious! When I asked for a refund they started to request digital picutes before they'd start the processes. In summary, poor delivery, poor quality, and poor customer service. Not recommended!
