Poor Communication
no communication, no number to contact, no update till the product i asked for and courier people also placed the parcel in-front of others door, luckily got it but could have lost if it was not seen by me before someone else saw.

Very poor experience from both Sony & ‘Your IT delivered’, asked Sony for replacement earbud tips, they gave me a product code, No picture or product description, so only ended up with ONE!!! For an astronomical price!!!
