Bought a bdr drive from these guys on ebay, when it arrived I immediately noticed I had made a mistake ordering the wrong model so it was returned next day. Sure my fault but it was unopened and in all it's original packaging untouched, they refunded me only half the money because they said I had returned it damaged/scratched/needing repairs. Didn't bother to contact me, so liars and thieves. Now see they have managed to have my negative feedback removed on their eBay, if you don't like it maybe don't try swindle people.

The item came within two days and works well. Pleased with everything.

Company like that should not be allowed to operate. Liers scammers and thieves in one. Stay away. Selling stuff non in stock. High prices. No communication. Guy running it is absolutely useless and clueless about good customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Shocking reviews on Google. Ebay customer service returned my money because guy whos in charge refused to do it. Simply scam of the company. RIP OFF PRICES TOO.

I purchased a Thunderbolt PCI card from them and it would not work. I informed them well within the 30 days distance selling requirement period and I spoke to Spencer who agreed it sounded faulty and I should return it, after some conversation I suggested that as I was about to upgrade my PC I would delay the return and try it in the new motherboard. Upgrading my PC was delayed as I had one Ebay seller delay a week before informing me he hadn't got the processor I ordered, then I was delayed over another week as another sold me a faulty one and refused to return my money, it all took time but I kept in contact with Spencer. I eventually got the new motherboard and I9 Gen 11 processor and tried the Thunderbolt card and it still wouldn't work. I returned the board Via a Tracked Post Office delivery on the 19th Dec. Spencer has refused to answer any of my messages and the company has just ignored the fact they now have the £80 device back in their possession and refuse to refund my money, It would appear they are thieves. I tried to help and prove it was faulty. I am also 72 and living on a Pension, £80 is a lot of money to me to have stolen just before Christmas.

Terrible company, extremely poor communication, item bought through eBay and appears to have been delivered to incorrect Address by Royal Mail. They ended up blaming the Courier. After spending £25, I still have not received the item or refund. I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a game from these was meant to be delivered the 27th to 28th they didn't dispatch it till the 27th its now the 30th and there is still no update on whether its going to be delivered after waiting in for 2 days already for it. Would advise not to order from these unless you like waiting around for nothing

The item I ordered, A REXEL STAPLER broke down just after 30 daysI informed IT Delivered I wanted a replacement but they refused and asked me to go to manufacturersThe manufacturers told me that my claim is with IT Delivered who are refusing to repair the item . Please beware as your consumer rights are with this retailer who refuses to repair or repalce

very expensive for a simple Sony power supply, also wanted to charge £20 for a cable that probably costs £1, no alternative available so had to pay £80 to get a soundbar working again which only cost £250 in the first place

Delivery was slower than advertised which seemed to be due to simply not dispatching the item (based on the shipping label) and communications were really quite slow. Wouldn’t purchase again from this company I don’t think

Made a purchase of Hogwarts Legacy for the Xbox. Paid a decent price including postage & it was delivered within 3 days. Can't say farer than that really.

The item was just the ear piece and not the full wrap around ear bud that Sony had told me would be delivered if I ordered these.

The recharger has an American 2 round pin plug. So useless in UK. Have emailed asking how will you sort problem; so far no answer!!
