Ridiculous delivery times. If any company read this. Do not bother bother it puts bad taste in the purchase company. Would never buy again from you galaxyart

Delivered the wrong item wil not use them again

So they took a photo of my post box but obviously because the item would not fit they disappeared with it, so I am now £16.00 out of pocket, no item which I had hoped would help my swollen leg. Are they a load of crooks

Horrible, empty promises. My package is not only delayed but still being delayed. Over 10+ days and 4 phone calls.

This company apparently has a parcel of mine. You cannot contact them. Repeatedly Emailed them with NO response. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Do no use this company

Package has been in the next town over for the last 5 days. Says it was supposed to be delivered between 7/19 and 7/22 and there has been no movement. This complaint is known for stealing a packages. They don’t respond to emails and you can’t even call them cause the number is non functioning

What they sent was wrong and I could not get the info to return the items. Very disappointed!

Parcel is missing. They said they have delivered it. If I knew it was this company that was delivering the item would never have ordered it. I have tried so many ways to send a request, website doesn't work, what a surprise Seller has washed their hands of my order no way wanting to to help me. Whole thing I feel is a scam.

Yun express would not use again my order arrived from China 15th July still showing as in London was a gift for a friend never use them again

Worst ever. All i kept getting was in transit for delivery back at depot, in transit for delivery and so on for the last 2 weeks. Been sent another and doing the same thing. Can not contact them unless you pay! Avoid avoid avoid

I’m not going to lie I was skeptical seeing as this was my first time an order used this company. However it wasn’t bad and they actually kept me updated no problems. Eventually my package was given to USPS which was the only frustrating part not because I don’t like USPS seeing as they always do a good job but because I was never updated on the fact that USPS had possession of my parcel. Either way my package was delivered 0 issues just days later.

I would not give them even a fraction of a star. My order was placed almost a month ago and even though it says you can contact them to find out where the heck it is , and they will reply within two days, they NEVER respond to you. I am beyond frustrated and esp angry to know that a product I thought was american made was instead coming from China.

Never again! Anything from mainland china using Yun Express forget about it. NEVER EVER AGAIN. So much delays and difficult to contact. Not very convenient.

I came here to write a review because the service I have received following several purchases in China had been so good I felt I should make the effort. Imagine my surprise when, on arrival, I saw so many negative reviews. On every occasion delivery has been made within a week (my latest is expected within THREE working days). So my experience is definitely positive in terms of both timing and communication. When I've used PayPal, the app even gives me an estimated date if delivery. So for me Yunexpress provides an impressive and reliable service

I recieved my package within 2 weeks and the tracking process was great as well. Totally satisfied.

Ordered something from shien and it took them 2 weeks my shipping updates had stopped. I’m still waiting on my order. Very upsetting!

If I could, I wouldn't give a single star, but I had to put something in my review. I overpaid to have my LaceMade order shipped. It was useless, the worst service from both the store and this unethical "company." The order for the party didn't arrive. They haven't said what's happening for days. I deeply regret having purchased it and having it shipped to me in a place like that.

Tracking said parcel had arrived at my house, via Amazon to the uk. It never arrived. Amazon within my area are usually very reliable. I know there was never an attempted delivery, i have a ring door bell and nobody called.

Experience was fine, received my parcel in the UK after it being shipped from China. Transferred to Evri once in the UK, who are always difficult. The company I bought from have had scamming allegations from people’s experiences but I did receive my parcel eventually so this courier is real.

The item I purchased took weeks to come without any delivery notifications. When the parcel did come the product was pretty much useless. Complete mis-selling and inaccutate information! I have reported to Barclaycard for refund.
