I would give them a 0 star if I could

I would give them a 0 star if I could. They threw my package into the middle of my front yard, not under any cover and completely in the sun. Lazy and trash workers. Couldn't bother to walk a few more steps to place near my door and under cover. Not happy at all.

I have a package I have been waiting…

I have a package I have been waiting for from Etsy and have been tracking frequently and keep getting not found on my tracking so I emailed the seller and he sends me a screenshots of what he has and they claimed they made a delivery attempt on Friday and the delivery was failed due to wrong address and my address is correct as well as me having a note on my bell as to which bell to ring we don't have names on our bells only our apartment number. So I would really like to know what address did they "claim" they went too at 8 a.m because it definitely wasn't mine

Delivery person walked on fresh concrete sealer

I just had a delivery where the delivery guy walked on the freshly sealed driveway. He stepped over the barricade, through the "danger tape" and pylons to get to the porch. There is even a sign on the mailbox saying please call me, or leave parcels by the bins (which are in plain view of the road). This is unacceptable. When I told him he can't do that he just waved and drove off. Your driver needs to be spoken to. This is so unacceptable. I can't find anywhere to contact the company either.

Bad service

I had an order from Temu that arrived in Australia Tuesday 18th November. Today is 27th November and after three emails from me and several from Temu with no response to either of us, my package has still not arrived or any response. Very poor

Extremely unreliable service, lost parcels and no response

I had a very bad experience with YunExpress. My parcel has been stuck in transit for over 35 days with no updates after “Shipment not picked up from sender.” I contacted YunExpress multiple times but never received any reply.

What is even more disappointing is that the seller (LilyGO.cc) continues to use YunExpress despite knowing very well that this courier service is unreliable, slow, and often loses packages. It is extremely frustrating to see that both the courier and the seller ignore customers when a shipment gets stuck.

If you order from China, always ask the vendor what shipping method they use. If they use YunExpress, I strongly recommend choosing another option or avoiding them entirely. This service is not trustworthy, communication is nonexistent, and parcels frequently get lost.

I’d give 0 stars if I could

I’d give 0 stars if I could. This company feels like a scam. My tracking says my item has been “out for delivery” for 3 days but hasn’t been delivered. I ordered something from Popmart. I’m convinced they stole or lost it. They don’t respond to emails and there’s no contact number. I disputed my payment through PayPal and they immediately refunded me which makes me further believe this company is a scam.

Avoid using Yun Express service Yun express is the worse shipping…

This Yun express is the worse shipping service, have several ESTY online order using this service ,not only it does not gave any tracking update, it's been 1 month and still no update and orders are still MIA!! I think shipping by boat is faster then the air express service Yun Express offer. Will never never use them again.

I bought some seeing glasses from the…

I bought some seeing glasses from the US because I wanted the same model as I had before I lost them. The package was initially handled by DHL but at some point once in Europe it passed to YunExpress. Now it says my package was delivered yesterday, but I was home all day and nothing came. They either delivered it at the wrong address or stolen it from me. Now I don’t know how to get it pack or my money back. Not going to buy from eBay again for sure if they just let our things be delivered by this terrible companies.

Tried tracking an Amazon parcel on their tracking website, and apparently it has been returned to sender. No explanation as to why this happened. And upon reading other reviews, it might be time to start making major improvements

My package of pop mart was delivered at…

My package of pop mart was delivered at 11:35 pm at night. Basically left over night. I had to call my uncle to pick it up for me at 7am in the morning. It was left outside in the rain. Very annoyed I can’t reach customer service to complain about this.

Absolutely shocking. Horrible!!!

Absolutely shocking.
No way to contact them.
Phone number for Australia is DISCONNECTED!
China one is uncontactable.
I worried and stressed for a ENTIRE TWO WEEKS I was fearful my parcel was never going to be delivered since they relabelled it and never told the company.
I am extremely disappointed in YunExpress.

Retroid Pocket 5 shipped, Yunexpress

I ordered my Retroid Pocket 5 from the main website in china, so they offered Yunexpress as a shipping option and all I could say is it was amazing.!! It took about 10 days for my order to be fulfilled. Amazing service would recommend shipping through Yunexpress.!

BEWARE of Yunexpress and Lasson Living
Just received my parcel from “Lasson Living” sent by Yunexpress China, the parcel containing a lamp was squashed and the lamp which should be round is now obviously all bent and out of shape, unusable.
The company “Lasson Living” is also to be avoided, there phone is dead and they do not reply to any emails, dreadful companies.
