I initially ordered 3 outfits ,on arrival the stitching on one was a tad untidy.After reporting this to customer service they offered to replace the outfit with no problems whatsoever.I subsequently placed an order for 3 more outfits to take advantage of the free shipping to the UK.
My next order was impeccable. In total I ordered 3 velvet outfits & 1 net & 2 silk.The embellishments were exquisite. Had a lot of compliments at the wedding we attended.Previous to placing the order, I tried to find similar outfits in East London/Manchester & Bradford ,nothing compared to the designs by Zaaviay!UK has very tacky materials and designs.
A lot of my extended family who attended the wedding will also be placing orders with Zaaviay.

What I received was not a raw silk suit, a see through scarf with flimsy sequins. It is adequate but no where near the quality or price point that Zaaivay advertise. i really wish I had read the reviews on this website before I purchased anything. The other 5 star reviews on trust pilot are obviously fake.

It was a wonderful experience their quality and designs are great will definitely shop again

I just spent 500 aud on 3 dresses, I recieved them, absolutely nothing like the photos, the long dress is short in length and stitched terribly. Never buying again. The material is a cheap chiffon and seems like they have some aunty stitching them in her house. This is not a brand, it's a scam.

I ordered a suit and it arrived in a terrible condition (fabric was ripped in various places), quality was horrendous and it was nothing like the photos used to display the product online. It is obvious that photos are severely photoshopped and misleading for the customers. Colour is completely different, so is the quality. It was then a hassle to return the item (they made me pay for the return shipment AND the replacement shipment costs). The service was not at all professional and they kept miscalculating my invoice as if they couldn't even manage simple maths. Took them weeks to sort this out.

DO NOT BUY FROM ZAAVIAY. They are charging a lot for really bad quality products and have really poor service.

Bad clothing ever - Bad quality and bad fitting.We ordered clothes for a wedding. Each dress is disgusting quality and ill fitting. Pictures on the website show designer clothing but looks like actual stitching is being done by barbers or cobblers who don’t know anything about stitching or clothing. To save your money and to save yourself of bad experience and disappointment on your special occasion - do NOT order from Zaaviay.

Got my details from their other company and sending me newsletters advertising products . I did not opt for this and will be making a complaint .
