I wanted a t shirt delivered in time before my grand daughter returned to london, after holidaying with us. Zazzle did everything in their power to make sure it happened, and it did in plenty of time. So happy, as was my grand daughter. Zazzle responded promptly and generously. Will go back there again

I received my order of coffee mugs,& 4 were damaged,i sent 4 e mails,& heard nothing back,this is ridiculous,cant get hold of anyone,dont think ill be using them anymore!!!!!

The quality of fabric, professional design & excellence in workmanship with my items was beyond excellent. I dealt with Cristina wonderful young lady. So far I have bought two body cushions covered in artwork print & two matching bed throws. The 2 rooms I am decorating look stunning. As for service there is none better. I was most impressed with Customer Service in their response to the disappointing folder I ordered. Contact immediately after I posted a review, and refund issued within 2 days. As a courtesy I am not obliged to return the folder, which, living in Australia, would have been rather expensive. Thank you Fiona.

I have always been a fan of teeshirts with witty sayings and have always been disappointed by most of such articles in production. Zazzle allows me to do it myself and never fails to provide quality products for me to create items with my stupid and/or positive messages for all the world to enjoy. Best customer service I have ever had! Very quick response to my enquiry. My item was initially lost in transit so they are sending me a replacement pet tag for free, with express shipping. Never had that happen before!

After designing my own custom rubber stamp which was easy and fast to do
using the instructions given i was having trouble in checking out. I reached out by email to customer service and was promptly answered and my issue was rectified. I also accidentally ordered through the wrong country but customer support contacted me and organised the cancellation without any trouble.

We are yet to receive our item, as the first shipping got lost in transit. However, both my husband and I were almost surprised by the true customer care service we received. A replacement order has been organised right away and as their courtesy, it will be shipped in an expressed manner. A situation can be frustrating, as in our case, but we are not at all disappointed. I would be happy to order from Zazzle again, knowing the customer is truly treated with care, something that has become a rare thing these days.
