I ordered a personalised item for a birthday and after ordering, I was worried I would not receive it on time. Every effort was made to help me achieve this. Zazzle liaised with the seller to expedite the item and as a one off good will gesture provided me with express post at no extra cost. I received it on time and it was very much appreciated.

Efficient communication and delivery.

Refreshing experience. I wrote to their customer service email address with a problem. My email was answered quickly, politely with useful information/options. A nice change from businesses who make you wait for days for a cut and paste response that doesn’t answer your question.

I placed my order with Zazzle last minute. I took a chance that it would be ready and delivered within 1 week and after placing my order, I emailed Zazzle to explain the urgency and apologise for ordering so late.
I was answered overnight, had my order prioritized by my customer serivce rep, Ludivine who also organised express delivery. The customer service, the care and understanding and follow through with updates was 2nd to none. This was my fist zazzle order and my experience was faultless. Thankyou Ludivine.

Zazzle are good to deal with. The site is easy to use. Their products are very well made and the backup service is great. Will keep using them for sure.

My original delivery which was sent by untracked delivery went missing so I contacted Zazzle customer service and the agent ( Mika ) was polite and understanding of my delivery issue. She offered a very acceptable response. I would recommend Zazzle highly. 😃👍

My first time ordering from Zazzle.
My order did not get delivered by the expected date. I became anxious and concerned.
To find out, my order was already shipped from overseas as planned, however it was lost in transit in my own country.

Prior to this, I contacted Zazzle Customer Service. The lovely Agent Vivienne was very prompt in responding, providing a suitable resolution. I was very happy with how she handled my concerns. May I add, she was also patient, understanding and very helpful.

It took a follow up call to the relevant parties, for my order to be delivered next day.
Very happy with the outcome.

Hi, never received order.

I have really bad pregnancy brain and forgot to check the shipping address from my works old address, I didn’t think to check until a month after I placed the order. I got in touch with customer service and they had replied within a few hours and asked for a new address for them to reship the item. I am so thankful for their prompt response and how they handled the whole situation when it was my mistake with no fuss or arguments. I would recommend them to everyone, great products and easy to deal with.

I was told by Apple that I had received the incorrect case for my iphone from Zazzle.( not sure that information was completely correct but I was having some trouble accessing the button easily.
I informed Zazzle and they sent me another case with no arguments.It arrived quickly ( a few days) and I am very happy with the results. Good on you Zazzle

I did not receive my order in time (approximately 3 weeks past ETA) and Lily (a member from the customer service team) offered to replace for me immediately. She even promised to sent it through express post for me. Although I have yet to receive the replacement product, but I am feeling better already. Thank you ;)

The choice of product, quality and customer service is second to none.
You will not be disappointed. And if for some reason you are their return policy is excellent.

I can not fault this company...I used it for the first time and made a mistake on my order which I didnt realise till order had been sent. I let them know and they replied with an instant credit and was able to re order with correct date to be made to my order. Would totally use again and recommend to others...thank you
