Easy order processing, but…

The ordering process was easy but the delivery was a little confusing! I placed an order for 12 mugs. We received a package with 3 mugs and no explanation of where the other 9 were. A few days later, the remainder were received. Happy with the product, just scratching our heads over the delivery.

I definitely recommend

My 6 year old ordered a customer photo mug for a Mother's Day gift. It was exactly as pictured and was sent out on time. A USPS issue delayed it's arrival and I had to go to the wrong post office a couple towns over to get it on time. No fault of Zazzle as it was labeled correctly by them. I never contacted them yo complain because Zazzle did not err. However, Zazzle still sent me an extra coupon for the delay that wasn't even their fault!

The mug is perfect, boxed very well for shipping, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again!

Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Bad Delivery Service

My order was placed on April 28, 2026 and Zazzle shipped out on May 1st. The promised delivery date was before or on May 7th. It is now May 9th at 3:53pm and I still haven’t received my order. They have horrible delivery service. The type of products they sell are time sensitive, so I am very disappointed in the delay. Hopefully, I’m pleased with my order whenever it finally arrives!!

I have had GREAT success with Zazzle…

I have had GREAT success with Zazzle and have been using this site since 2014, consistently. Their quality of materials (leggings for example, canvas prints, metal art) are spectacular! My art really pops on the various items I use. Everything from my business cards to huge prints, puzzles, wrapping paper, mugs, canvas prints, leggings, faux canvas wraps, t-shirts, and more! They offer discounts all of the time and their support staff has been so helpful to me in the past.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered what was supposed to be a simple reprint of my approved design, but the item I received was printed incorrectly and did not match the approved artwork. Instead of resolving their production error, customer service repeatedly told me I needed to submit new artwork & place a new order.
Even after "admitting it was an error on their end" & multiple back and forth messages, they refused to correct the original mistake and/ or escalate the case to a supervisor.
I was left with an incorrect product, no real resolution, and a lot of wasted time going back and forth. My final message to customer service was to again ask to have the case escalated to a supervisor. Their curt response was that my "only option is to place a new order."
Very frustrating and not the level of service I expected. ***I would not rely on them if you need your order printed accurately or expect them to stand behind their mistakes.
