ZCrave-first of all, sizes are WAY off of standard US sizing. While styles are cute, I had to re-order a blouse three times in order to find the right size for me. Typically I wear a small or size 6 blouse. In the end I had to order an XXL blouse in order for it to fit.

Return policy is terrible. Be careful. Only credit allowed and limited number of days on returns.

Customer service is sketchy.

Placed an order on Feb 29. After 10 days with no communication I contacted them and they said they will look at it. After 4 more days, nothing. Contacted again and promised they will send a tracking ID writhing the week. Nothing. Contacted again, this time they asked for 2 additional business days. Nothing. Just cancelled the order and I hope to get my money back. Irresponsible, ridiculous customer service.

Stop selling cheap clothes made in China for triple the price; I found the suit I purchased on Aliexpress.

I will never order from them again. The shipping took about 2 weeks which wasn’t bad. The quality of the material was good . But the dress didn’t fit at all. The slit was up to my crotch. I had talked to someone on the phone. They said if I returned it would go back on my card. They never mentioned the return postage or restocking fee. I lost $33. Their return policy is very misleading .

Terrible! I just received an order today for $600 shoes. The smell of chemicals coming out of the DHL package could have floored me. From the not important dusters to the soles and design of the shoe, cheap cheap cheap. I better be able to get a refund. Even some of the shoe decoration was unglued. I’m furious.

Do not buy. These clothing is made in China and they ripped away the label where it says made in China. Poor quality for the price. What is wrong with you?

My experience in the SoHo store was pleasant. Although, my size at zcrave was humbling. I am a standard 8, but needed a 3xl. My issue came later when I ordered a coat from the site. When the tracking came, I looked up the origin and eventually linked it to alibaba. Then I went down the rabbit hole further and found the entire line for about a quarter of the price zcrave charges. I felt cheated. If you see something you like-I recommend searning AliExpress before dropping hundreds. Just saying.

Placed an order for a $200 dress. Week later no tracking number. Contacted via email, messenger and phone multiple times. Email only got a generated message saying my tracking will be sent within 24 hours. Never got a tracking number. I searched that same dress on Amazon and found it $50 cheaper. So now I’m convinced they order it from China and that’s why you don’t get a tracking number right away.

Order was placed over a week ago. I still have no true tracking. I called no one had answers . $200 down the drain. Customer service said they would call me back, no one did. They stopped answering my emails. The one DHL tracking number I received shows my package delivered in a totally different state . I emailed about that as well. Their response was that I don’t have a tracking number it will be 3 more business day after I’ve waited 4 business days for a tracking number (past the time listed on their shipping policy) . You have to wait to speak with customer service after noon eastern time. When I called no one knew what was going on and they said they would call me later and hung up abruptly with no order info, no email, no phone number. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I purchased the black beaded shawl to wear on my 75th birthday next week. Firstly, it weighs at least 10 pounds and cost about $400 on sale. The gold colored hooks seem to be made of plastic and not any metal. It was shipped in a plastic bag without protection. It is too heavy for anyone to wear. There were no instructions for return. Lesson learned!

No bueno. The fabric is very cheap and ships from China, just well-marketed. They do not give refunds, and if you get one they take something out of it. Takes 10 days to get to you and they close your return window at 5 days. Insane.
Some companies use weird policies to retain the customers' funds at any cost, and this is one of them.

Ordered a outfit then CANCELED the order within 2 hours of ordering it, well within their zcraves own cancellation guidelines. i recived an email stating the order was cancelled but it will take up to 10 days to refund my money! Most places will not even bill you until your order is shipped but not ths place. Snatched my money asap but hurry up and wait for your refund on merchandise i never recieved because it was canceled!! Why cant their be reputable places to shop on the internet??? Next step is filing a claim with the attorney general! UnREAL!! Just refund my money for a canceled order that should have never been billed in the first place!!

They say that you can get a refund within 30 days but their refund is for STORE CREDIT, NOT A REFUND!!! They will not give you your money back even within 30 days. And I couldn't find absolutely anything that I wanted with the store credit, so I lost out on $209 for one ugly dress that I will never wear! And their clothes are expensive, and very cheap looking. Terrible. Don't do it.

So - where do I start - the delivery date - up to 16 days- product came directly from China so there's that. Then, the attitude of the CSR. . . pathetic
then the package arrives - and I'm a solid "small" not a Gap Small - a solid small. This dress was an XXS no kidding absolutely abysmal
THEN insult to injury - $45 restocking charge!!!! You're kidding me right now ok. . .
This business is "fly by night" won't be around in 5 years for sure probably not even 2. Have a fabulous day and avoid ZCRAVE AT ALL COSTS!

I was just about to purchase $500 worth of dresses and l received a WhattsApp message from ZCraze advising me my cart had not yet been purchased. This immediately triggered me so l looked up the reviews AND THANK GOD I DID!!! I saved myself from being scammed. Check, double check and triple check before buying! Thanks for the heads up guys.

Do not buy anything from this business. I paid $250+ for a pantsuit. They sent me a suit that looks like a clown costume compared to what the suit looks like online! Total SCAM!

Do not buy from this scamming vendor. They are here to take your money. They sell cheap quality clothing for SUPER expensive prices. Don't be deceived by their IG marketing. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I don't even know how a small business can survive given how they run their shady little business. Their return policy is a joke. Only for store credit or an exchange and what do you do when you want nothing from their store?!
