This mattress is so comfortable and supportive! I used to suffer with really bad back pain but since sleeping on this mattress, the pain is completely gone. I feel refreshed from a good nights sleep every morning and it's perfect for those lazy bed days. Really great customer service too :)

I bought a Zen Mattress at an amazing price a year ago and it's been great ever since. Great comfort, I sleep well and don't get back pain. I don't know why there are all these bad reviews.

People love to talk smack about a company when they dont even follow their care instructions. It makes me laugh...Oh and then the people who are complaining about a 4 week turn around...They must not have seen that its "MADE TO ORDER"....They also must have missed where you can pay $20 for a 2 week delivery..

Bottom line, yes you have to rotate the bed every now and then (they recommend that in their care instructions)....yes, you will have to wait if you didnt expedite the speed...These are made when you order, so relax...and YES they ARE memory foam! (what are these people on?)...

I had to contact customer service, to ensure i did the check out properly and guess what!? i got a response!!! it did take a day or two, but i got one! (NO WAY!?)

So, guys...yes you'll have to wait, yes you can get in touch with someone at customer service! yes these really are memory foam! yes, you'll want to follow their care instructions!!!

yes, i have owned my mattress for over 2 years, no problems yet, YES i no longer have back problems!!...some people just love to complain...go figure

Our purchase was painless. The bed was shipped quickly and we love it!

I was looking for a king mattress for my husband and I so when I saw the deal on Living Social ($1700 king size for $389) I was excited. I read plenty of reviews and while I was hesitant I took to plunge because I knew I had recourse with my card company if I did have any issues with the company or their product.

Because it was a LS deal the warehouse was busy and it took just shy of the full four weeks to receive the mattress, but it was well packaged and almost full size right out of the packaging. We waited 24 hours before sleeping on it and I will say, this mattress was well worth the four-week wait. I would buy this mattress again in a minute!

Regarding customer service, I contacted them twice: once to ask about the shipping time frame and today, to find out how to submit a review. My first reply was the next day, and today I receive a reply almost immediately.

We've only been sleeping on the mattress less than a week so I will follow up later after we've been sleeping on it a while, but right now I LOVE IT! :)

The Zen Mattress is the most amazing, comfortable mattress one can imagine. It conforms to the body, takes pressure off all the joints and allows a restful, peaceful and pain free sleep. It is helpful if one has back or joint problems and is a great joy to those with no problems! I cannot recommend the mattress or the company highly enough. Customer Service is superb.

I bought 2 King Size Bamboo Foam Pillows using Groupon-- i think they were around 60 $ each Waste of Money!
Unbeknowing to me and didn't see anything about "Shredded Foam Filled"" in the add they,, they were Filled with Shredded Foam that smelled for a month- woke up every morning with necks and back aches! Was so frustrated - in the garbage they went--- Dont buy!!

Ok, so although it took 7 weeks to get this mattress I was able to get follow up from the company. The down fall was that I had to reach out to them about the shipment not coming through. After several inquiries I was finally told that the original mattress had shipped unmanifested (fedex didn't scan it when picking up) and they had already opened a trace with fedex, but I was never told this until asked. At which point I was told a replacement would be sent in the 7 days and they would email me with a new tracking number however they never did and the bed was delivered before I knew it was shipping.

In regards to the luxury foam mattress it's self it expanded to about 6.5 to 7"'in the first 24 hrs and after about the 1st week it finally expanded to the full 8". It is a king size and at this point it is just me sleeping on the bed. With that being said the side I haven't slept on is a little harder but I can just switch sides to fix that. Plus Zen Bredooms website specifically tells you to flip it every 2 weeks for a bit. (I haven't hit the second week yet). I have no complaints about the mattress I love it. Even though it was still hard that 1st nights sleep was the best nights sleep
I have had in a long long time and I haven't had to crack my back in the morning. Despite the stress of trying to get this mattress I am so happy that I have it and cannot believe I waited so long to get a nice mattress.

I purchased this mattress off of Groupon and paid ~$400. The mattress is a bit too soft for my boyfriend and I. We are fit people and still manage to sink into the middle of the mattress. I don't mind it as much as he does as I like soft mattresses but I agree it is a bit hard for a couple to sleep on since we sink into the memory foam. Makes for awkward sleep at best.

Buy this if you sleep alone as I feel like it would be a good mattress in that instance.

Shipping was quick. Customer service was responsive as well when I was concerned about the mattress not expanding (it did in about 48 hours although corners are still a bit mishaped)

Unless all the bad reviews i took the risk and bought the Zen matrass via Groupon. Im very statisfied! The matrass was delivered on time (1 week) and is very comfy!! Would order again.
