Leizyl made the experience easy, the app did not.
Leizyl made the experience great and tolerable to navigate. She was very helpful. The app was the issue and not very user friendly. She was patient in trying to help me find the right things to click. We ended up having to move off the app and onto the website itself.

Used to be a good company now they are god awful if I could give negative stars I would!
Due to your company’s negligence, I am unable to proceed with essential business operations, including securing business credit, applying for loans, or opening a business bank account, as my personal information does not match my business records. No one is doing their job and no one reads the notes or the accounts.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience, delay, and frustration. As a result, I am requesting a full refund of the $817 paid.
If I do not receive confirmation of a full refund and resolution by the close of business tomorrow, I will proceed with initiating a chargeback through my card issuer.
