I did supply work with Zen for a few weeks before I deleted my account because I found they paid less than other agencies do. Communication through Zen was also poor. I went into a school and was faced with an extremely challenging class. Reception and staff at the school thought I’d been briefed, but I hadn’t. I felt unprepared and thrown to the wolves. For these reasons, I wouldn’t work with Zen again.

Zen has been really supportive to built my confidence with different schools and I feel more and more confident working through this wonderful agency. Thank you so much for your support.

Impressive staff- always do what they say they will- following things through and have been fantastic at securing me work.

Really good app which makes it easy to sign up for or decline supply dates. Lots of good communication. They have some great training which is easily accessible.

I was given a day rate without discussing it with anybody, which was disappointing because I am a very experienced teacher. There should be an initial discussion about pay during the onboarding process.

Zen Education is an excellent agency with strong partnerships across many schools. Their service is professional, efficient, and very supportive throughout the whole process.
