I ordered my first pair of glasses from Zenni but when I got them they didn’t fit quite like I wanted. I had no trouble getting my return started and store credit. I then ordered 2 more pair and had to return one of those to change the lenses. I didn’t have any issues with the return or the reorder. Zenni’s customer service is so kind, helpful and friendly. When it’s time to order again, I’ll definitely shop with Zenni. I’ve also referred a few people. Great customer service and high quality, low price glasses.

Focus issues
First, I must say that the customer service response time was very good. Prompt and courteous.
I’m on my third pair of glasses from my last order. The first pair, the lens falls out. Next pair, a bit larger and I could not focus clearly at reading distance. (Progressive bifocals). Now on my third pair, I can’t focus both eyes at one spot at distances. These glasses are imported and I have reservations about the product control.
I’m done. I’ll keep this pair , suffer through and move on the next time.

The sunglasses version changed my life
I needed another pair of just normal glasses, but while I was at, I got my prescription in a pair of sunglasses and it has absolutely changed my life! I like to take walks and listen to podcast and when I’m looking for something on my phone during my walk I would have to take my sunglasses off and then put on my prescription glasses and it was a pain. This solved that and I love it so much I tell people all the time how much I love it! They don’t care, but I do!
