I really liked how easy it was to upload the glasses prescription, and to know exactly the measure for my pupils.
The price for the glasses was very reasonable. I especially liked how easy it was to order 2 sets of glasses, since I found it's better to have a pair just for driving.

I recently ordered four pairs of glasses from Zenni, all with transition bifocal lenses and the anti-reflective ID guard coating, and I couldn't be happier. Every single pair fits perfectly, looks fantastic, and the lens quality is outstanding. The transitions are seamless, and the ID guard adds that extra level of protection and clarity I was looking for.

The Anti fog doesn't work
The Anti fog doesn't work. Save the $13 and don't bother adding it. Otherwise Zenni has been great with all the glasses I've ordered and or returned to them. Totally recommend them.

As they say : you get what you pay for
They are inexpensive, because they are cheaply made . If you don’t pay for extra lenses treatment , they use the worst plastic available, the smudges are hard to remove, once they set in. I’m surprise they don’t charge you for the box and plastic bag.

Love Zenni, except........
I've used Zenni for years & have been 90% pleased with my purchases. I do not, however like the way I'm forced into AR coatings on my lenses. Coatings wear off & make it hard to keep my lenses clean. Allow me to just get clear lenses with no coatings please.
Edit after reply from Zenni....they state that I can get lenses without coatings. I'll make sure to follow thru on that on my next order. So great response to my concern. Thanks Zenni!

Absolute Nightmare for a First-Time Buyer – Defective Product & Stalling Customer Service
This was my very first time ordering from Zenni Optical, and it will absolutely be my last. I paid extra for priority shipping, only to receive a pair of glasses with major manufacturing defects, including a noticeable chip and a permanent black speck trapped right inside the lens.
When I contacted customer service, they admitted the lenses were defective and promised a free remake. However, their system completely stalled. I spent days checking my account profile only to see absolutely nothing updated. When I hopped back onto live chat to demand answers, the system kept trying to abruptly shut down and lock me out of the conversation.
To top it all off, I was informed that a replacement pair could take 7 to 10 weeks to arrive. Expecting a customer to wait nearly three months to get a usable product—when they already paid for upgraded shipping on the original order—is unacceptable. I am completely done dealing with their endless holiday backlogs, automated runarounds, and broken promises. Avoid this company at all costs."

I’ve been using Zenni for over 15 years…
I’ve been using Zenni for over 15 years and have generally had great experiences with them. Their prices are excellent, and the ordering process is simple and convenient, especially compared to traditional optical shops.
Most of my orders over the years have turned out exactly as expected. In this recent case, I was ordering computer-specific glasses with a very particular working distance, and getting that dialed in proved to be a bit more complex than a standard prescription. That’s not really a fault of Zenni as much as the nature of customizing lenses for a specific use.
Their support team was responsive and helpful when I reached out, and they worked with me on a solution. I would recommend making sure your prescription is clearly verified, especially for specialized use like computer glasses.
Overall, Zenni has been a reliable and very cost-effective option for me over many years, and I expect to continue using them.

The glasses weren’t durable
The glasses weren’t durable. They broke within a few months of having them. One arm broke right off the hinge upon my cat running and sliding on them over the hardwood floor. This is a disappointing experience.
