Extremely Easy and Affordable!
The website is extremely easy to use. Provide your Rx and it pretty much takes care of everything else! Zenni came recommended to me from a coworker. I needed a new pair of glasses with an updated Rx I had been sitting on for quite some time due to knowing the cost associated with eyewear. I looked online, found a pair I wanted (with integrated magnetic sunglasses) and placed my order, for WAY less than an optometrist or even Walmart Vision.

Great Glasses
I enjoyed trying on my glasses virtually, and they were easy to customize and order. Most importantly, my vision with them is excellent. I like the way they tint when I go outside. I would order from Zenni again. It's important to measure the distance between the hinges of a pair of glasses that you already own that fit well, then shop for a pair that has the same measurement. That way it will fit just the same. This is important because you can't tell that from trying them on virtually.

They took my gift card $
They took my gift card $, claimed to have refunded it but haven’t. Now I’m left to fight it out with the gift card company when they could have easily just given me the store credit. I don’t have eyeglasses for my daughter and I’m out $100. Will never deal with them again. And getting to this point took HOURS and DAYS to speak to anyone and no one spoke English fluently. Worst experience and I will never recommend them.

Ease of ordering
Ease of ordering, selection, quickness. I usually spend all my insurance allowance on one pair of glasses. With Zenni, I have a pair of RX sunglasses and a pair of distance glasses in both my vehicles. Plus I have a super cute pair, I just couldn't resist ordering, in my purse.
