What went right with Zenni
What went right with Zenni? Worst customer service ever but the glasses you get what you pay for! I bought 3 pair not 1 was correct. All 3 pairs the prescription was wrong the lens kept falling out of 1 pair. Another pair the bifocal line started almost at the top of the lens. I took all 3 pairs to my Dr and that’s how I found out all this information. I couldn’t figure out why I was getting headaches so bad and my son was holding his phone up to his face to see it. Zenni said send them back for an up to 2 week exam by their professionals! If you need glasses and you send them away and have nothing no matter how bad they are it’s definitely worse, makes no sense to me. So don’t order anything from that’s my recommendation.

Love my glasses! Have been using Zenni for years and have never been disappointed. One of my new pairs had a small defect in the lense that impacted my vision and Zenni replaced them free of charge! Excellent customer service and excellent products!

Quality glasses- great price
I was skeptical of ordering online at first, so ordered one pair to check out the process. It was easy, not confusing and fast. I ordered progressive, transitional lens and everything was correct! I liked how easy they were to order. The paid for expedited delivery was no faster than a regular order from other sites.
The glasses are sturdy and seemingly durable.
They have a problem w the sides. The vision seems warped unless staring right into the center. Will order again if emergency or for fashion, not dependable for full coverage vision
