Flowers arrived on the expected date and arrived ready to bloom. Also the choice of flowers made the bunch more tasteful and value for money. I was kept informed of delivery times etc.

Outstanding service
The big advantage was being able to send flowers up to 10pm for delivery the next day! The flowers were reasonably priced. Ordering was very straightforward. We also liked that Dpd was the delivery company, and as usual they were very reliable.Tracking the flowers was easy, and we had a one hour window for delivery: They arrived within that window. Notification of delivery was with a photo that they had, in fact, been delivered to the doorstep of the recipient, and with a photo of the driver. In the photo sent by the recipient, the flowers looked fresh and bright, but perhaps a little unsubstantial (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but it may be that they would have looked very different once properly open. It is my first time using Zing. I will definitely use Zing again and recommend them.

Good service
Whole experience was good from ordering to delivery. Flowers were a gift for my daughter in law & the photo she sent me they looked as good as the advertised picture. My only issue is that next day delivery wasn’t available for the area in question so they were delivered a day late.

It would be helpful to know the courier at the time of booking
At first I was not at all happy as the DPD driver couldn't find the address for delivering the flowers 🌺. However I was informed that the flowers were being delivered this morning and my friend is very pleased with them.
I wasn't really that thrilled to hear that the courier was DPD
