The flowers didn’t bloom. They just dried and died despite being put in water immediately. Will never use Zing again.

What you see is what you get: prompt and beautiful
The 2 important things to people sending flowers are 1. that the flowers will be delivered on time, 2. that the flowers will look like their advertised photographs. Zing excelled at both these! The recipient sent me photos of the received letterbox flowers - both on the day of delivery and 2 days later - and I am thoroughly delighted!
