I placed the order on Saturday evening for delivery on Christmas Eve to a friend who lives in a small block of flats with no lift. My Zing flowers were delivered at 9am and the delivery driver walked up to the second floor flat and delivered them personally to my friend. She was over the moon with her gift and in fact it made her day that she didn’t have to descend the stairs to collect it. Thank you for the excellent service and for making her day.

Awful. Half dead on arrival. Refund completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!! Be warned! Exactly the same experience as the previous post. Was told dead flowers may come back to life..... unfortunately I'm no miracle worker!

I was sent a gift of the Letterbox Bauble Belle arrangement of flowers, which arrived crushed. I sent pictures of the cratered box side, the flat squashed side of some of the flower heads, bent berry stem and loose berries etc, and they are still asking me for more photos, they say because they may perk up. Surely flowers shouldn’t have to perk up after one or even two days travel. The berry leaves are brown, some berries were snapped off, the rose petals have black top and side edges, and the carnation has perished petals in the area that was crushed.
The ‘Festive Beauty’ as they call it, doesn’t have the aroma of cinnamon or even the same chocolate bar advertised.
Zing had the cheek to send me a photo of the box being handed to my husband, saying that it doesn’t look damaged. The damaged, crushed side of the box is not in the foreground of the photo, but the damaged crushed open side clearly shows at the back top left hand side of their photo.
I am not interested in a replacement and have never asked for one, just an apology would be nice. Obviously Zing’s enthusiasm for ‘extra milers’ doesn’t extend to their own company.

Ordered for 2 diferent people, Flowers arrived a day late fir both people. Half were completely dead and the rest weren't far off. The Flowers looked nothing like the pictures, very disappointing, customer service not very helpful.

I received a bouquet of flowers from a friend for my birthday. They were very dry when they arrived and despite my efforts they did not revive. When I wrote about my disappointment in the review, I was immediately contacted by a member of the Zing team determined to put it right. As I was about to go away for a week, it was agreed they would send a replacement bouquet on the 30th November. What a different experience that was. A beautiful bouquet arrived, well tended, fresh with vibrant colours. Some buds were already opening and the others opened in the heat of the house. I can only thank the Zing team for their efforts to reverse the disappointment of the first bouquet and tell them they succeeded.

Delivered on time and considering the apparent poor condition of the flowers in the box they recovered surprisingly well once trimmed and placed in water for display.

I sent flowers in sympathy to a friend who had a sudden loss of a close relative. The flowers were beautiful and arrived exactly within the given time slot. Good value for money too. Thank you Zing.

As stated in a review below, during the ordering process the website tried to send the flowers to me. Luckily I noticed before I paid. I, too, was also surprised at not being given the option to pay by PayPal.
I was disappointed at the cost of adding a message to the card, something other companies do free of charge.
And Zing were badly let down by the delivery courier, DPD, who delivered the flowers to a ‘neighbour’. The neighbour turned out to be a hair salon in a completely different road to the delivery address!
If I had not googled the salon and rung them up, and a very kind member of their staff had not delivered the flowers to my mother in their lunch break, she would still be waiting for them.
To their credit, after contacting customer services, I received a 50% refund, but I will still not be using Zing again.
