Far more difficult to use that it should be.
This has to be the most user UN-friendly website in the world. After wading through the first few pages and choosing the flowers, adding a card and entering MY details as the sender, and the details of the intended recipient, the next page tried to send the flowers to MY address. Once I had sorted that out and moved on to payment, I find that the site does not appear to accept PayPal. I used this site once before and vowed never to use it again. I complained and got a response that I hoped meant things would improve. They haven't and this really will be the last time I use Zing.

Flowers beautiful but don;t buy them on your phone
The service was great and the flowers beautiful. My only gripe was I couldn't finish the purchase on my phone and had to go to my laptop to finish it.

I received a discount code from a partner company stating that I could get 15% off flowers and plants. There was no mention of minimum amounts anywhere (I’ve rechecked this about 20 times in case I missed something!) . I went to order a plant as a sympathy present and, firstly, they couldn’t find the address (even though I have sent things to this address for years), and secondly when I came to checkout with my discount code, I received a message saying that my code wasn’t valid for my purchase. I contacted the chatbot and they told me that I needed to spend a minimum of £19.99 in order for it to work. My purchase was £14.99 but delivery is an eye watering £8! They had no other plant that I wanted to buy around the 19.99 price and, to be honest, I felt that I had been taken advantage of with the big delivery price and the fact that they had enticed me in with the 15% off deal. There was absolutely no small print about minimum spend, so it really feels like a con.
Anyway, I’ve spent way too much time on this this morning and would advise to avoid the company at all cost!!!
Update: They’ve now offered a one time discount of 15% by way of apology…this could have all been avoided though…
