Quick, responsive customer service from start to finish
First contacted Zin Home for info on a product -- they responded quickly. The item was backordered, but they kept me posted so I knew when to expect it to ship. It took quite a while to get the table I wanted, not because of any problems with Zin, but because we live in northern MN and getting local White Glove delivery is challenging. It didn't help that because of a miscommunication with the delivery company, we did not get White Glove delivery as expected. As soon as Zin was made aware of the situation, however, they arranged for the delivery company to return the next day to "complete" the service. I really appreciate that both the delivery service and Zin Home responded quickly to address the situation and make sure I was happy with the outcome. I would happily purchase from them again in the future.

Ordered a table for $2200 with white glove delivery. Delivery was December 22 2025..delivery team tried to put table together but stated it was the maker and hooe were not aligned. I ask him to take it he stated he would put in report but due to it being structural sound, they would notify company to replace and they would pick up on replacement date. Zin homes response was that they would give me $299 but manufacturer stated that table is fine. Legs are leaning forward and top is off alot.

I thought I ordered a counter height stool and got a bar height. I requested to exchange. This was their response:
the customer becomes responsible for cost of shipping both ways, and this total amount gets deducted from the overall refund. It cost us $212.08 to ship it, and to ship it back to our warehouse, is about $220 This means that at least $432.08 would be deducted from your refund. There is also a restocking fee of $78.12, which we would also need to deduct from the refund. This brings total deducted from refund to be $510.20, making the refund only $259.34.

I recently purchased a leather sectional (the Lexi Sonoma) from Zin Home and I had a great experience with them! I was a bit apprehensive buying a large furniture piece online due to the "sight unseen" in-person factor but the photos on their website were just as accurate as the sectional when it arrived to me! I was also a bit apprehensive due to the fact that I hadn't heard of Zin Home prior to my purchase. The sofa was on back order for months due to shipping/manufacturing constraints as of lately, but Zin Home's staff made sure I was kept in the loop on any delays and pending arrival to me. Their communications to me were very prompt and always courteous. The delivery to my home (final mile and White Glove) was also super great; no issues whatsoever with their service, as they took the large boxes with them upon leaving! I would sincerely recommend Zin Home to anyone interested in a large furniture piece! They have such a beautiful selection of furniture of all types. Support your small businesses!

In a day and age where you can rarely get a human to respond by phone or email, I was very pleased with Zin Home's customer service.
Erin, the supervisor, went out of her way to look for a product that I was very much interested in, however, it has been discontinued. She did an internet search for me and also gave me info that I could use to do my own internet search. (Makes me think of the movie "Miracle on 34th Street" where the Macy's Santa tells customers which other stores carry the gifts on their children's Christmas list!) The glowing reviews here re zinhome.com HAVE to be paid for because there’s just no way. They lied about the time in which I would receive my order, charged me immediately, and now are ghosting me. When I initiated a chargeback because they refuse to refund my payment, zinhome.com responded with a fraudulent tracking number that had nothing to do, whatsoever, with delivery to my home.

I don't ever really write reviews but I think people deserve to know about this company. I purchased 1 piece of furniture in October (it's now January the following year) and it was just delivered. I've had ongoing issues with lack of timely communication (it was easy to place the order but after that, you get an automated message telling you to email instead of call.)
The piece finally arrived but it was damaged (one of the blemishes is a nice 31 inch deep scratch on the top.) I'm now having to schedule my own repairs which they claim they'll reimburse so basically I'll have to wait another month for the 3rd party company to arrive. The "white glove service" was a single man who showed up and said it was his first time.
I had to help him move the piece myself and I'm pretty sure the new deep scratch on our newly finished flooring is thanks to him when I was in another room. He also failed to install the anti-tip safety feature as well.
I emailed all the information the day of and had to wait 2 days for a response from their claims team, who didn't even address the lack of installation. I'm currently on hold (lucked out this time and an actual person answered) but surprise! No luck getting through this route either. The employee who answered hasn't said a word. We've been on the phone almost an hour an I can hear them breathing, rustling things around, etc but no words. Clearly tying up their own line so they don't receive another call. I'm curious to see if they'll terminate the call when their shift is over? Don't bother with this company. You can find the exact same items from other vendors and get a completely different experience instead of this ongoing headache. Defintely regret giving them my business

They said the bed frame was on back order but it was the first to arrive and they lost our nightstands only to not send out new ones for another month or so. All due to them not answering their phone, responding to messages and emails. Their customer service is terrible and now we have an outstanding freight bill that they agreed to pay but still have not done so. Do not buy from them. If you’re do, pray to god you don’t have to contact them for help.
