Bought a vape juice from this company, 1st time customer, my vape juice was cloudy and milky and tasted nothing like what the label said it should’ve, also it was very, very harsh on my throat to use, tried contacting them but the email address on the website is invalid apparently, waste of £18, won’t make that mistake again

Really unhappy with my purchase as when i reviewed my order i opened it to find my liquid had leaked everywhere to to the packaging being damaged and their isn’t anywhere on the website i can request a refund

Got to admit I've been a customer for years and pretty much satisfied with service, that all seems to have changed, not sure if it's changed hands but address has changed and on street view it is a massage parlour. Tried to contact them through various routes and just don't reply anymore! I'm short on my last order which took 2 weeks to arrive ( normally only 2/3 days). If it's just a case of they are moving premises and things are taking longer then should inform it's customer base. I will be looking else where for future orders £90 a month they have lost! Hope they read this and reply!

They had an error with delivery due to a new member of staff which is easily done.
They have now delivered and completely redeemed themselves.

I have been using Zombie vapes for roughly 6-7 years i now do not use anyone else and recommend them to all my friends. Great service and products fast delivery. Never been disappointed my favourites are blue raspberry and raspberry sherbet.

The apple sours is awful, and destroys coils very quickly. Something must've gone wrong with it. I doubt I'll risk any more purchases from you
