There are tons of chew sticks and strips and bones and everything for proper dental care, actually! I have bought products here several times and I am satisfied with the quality of products sold here. The assortment is truly extensive.
This makes me feel that I have found an excellent service for buying everything for my dog who always needs something new and exclusive. He doesn't like when I feed him only using one type of food and the same is true about toys he has. I have to change them all the time and due to this website there is nothing difficult in changing them.
So I can recommend it.

It’s been 3 years that I’m client from zooplus and I’m always satisfied with it even if there’re problem like something forgotten in my order or if my animals don’t like what I’ve ordered they’re always trying to find the best solution and the customer service is really fast to respond to
Order canceled - no reason, no notification.
Second time my order just gets canceled. No email no notification nothing. just canceled. Tired of this b.s. Now I need to figure out my dog's food. Now I need to figure out getting reimbursed. Listen I've got an entire life's worth of issues to deal with daily, now buying my dog food is another one? Nah fam, that's cap, bye.
Edit1, 21.10, contacted by zooplus people. Not via the ticket that was made, through their system, but rather through here. I have provided them with the order number. I'm not worried about the 100euro. I'm sure that'll be returned. At some point. However, I did reorder the food from a different place. Because this is just... Meh.

Not so good these days
Not so good these days. They don’t reply from their service client. I can choose my delivery “choice” but effectively I have no choice now as Chronopost fails to deliver anything in our area any more so have to use GLS which hss delayed my parcel today and ZP have just increased the cost of their delivery. Shafting their regular customers really. Not sure I will be using them for much longer. Also items sit awaiting despatch for a long time before any tracking appears. Not as quick as it used to be.
Again placed another order this week and they do not reply to emails. They are too busy. Also once again orders with a tracking number generated remain at ZP for days after. Despatch of items is maybe once a week now. They used to be so good with speedy responses and deliveries.

Zooplus is easy to use unfortunately the carriers vary and last week the woman delivering the dog food was rude and unhelpful.

Have been ordering for years and I am happy with my experience. Recently had to return a large 12kg bag and everything went really smooth, from arranging the pick up to the acctual refund. Customer service is quick and helpfull. Thank you.

Ordering for years, nothing to say about the quality of the products, but do not expect them to send your order fast. In average i have to wait 5 days to recieve my order. They really have to improve that.
I order to them just because they sell one rare alimentary product for my dog, otherwise i would 100% order it elswhere.
Awful delivery problems
Hello, normally Zooplus works extremely well so this poor review is a bit sad to have to write. In part it’s written in the hope someone from Zooplus France will read it and help me out.
On 4th July 2924 I was six days away from hospitalisation for total knee replacement, followed by three weeks of physical rehabilitation in a French clinic. My dog was going into kennels for the duration and his special food had to go with him. I ordered another bag to make sure he would have enough, on 4/7, knowing it would be delivered before 9/7, when he was bound for the kennels. On 7/7 Zooplus sent an email to say due to the exceptional volume of orders there would be a delay. I wrote to say I needed the food by 9/7 and why. On 9/7 I was in the way to the kennels when GLS, the delivery company sent a message to say they were ready to deliver. I stopped driving and asked them to leave it to a safe place, in my porch. When I returned there was no dog food(value approx 87€) to be seen, and I looked everywhere. My house is ‘off the beaten track’ and very private. I got back to GLS to let them know (all while trying to pack and prepare for major surgery the next morning! I left at 6:30 am next morning for my operation. Later that day GLS sent a message to say the dog food had been delivered that day! I had no way to check!! I tried to contact Zooplys customer services but the message wouldn’t send. On 11/7 I asked a friend to check around my house and garden - no dog food! The same friend has checked several times since, but still no Zooplus parcel.
I have done more than enough to try to rectify this situation but: Zooplus delayed the delivery; GLS failed to deliver; I am trying to recover from a bug operation and worrying about dog food! I phoned Zooplus.fr customer services today 19/7 and, due to the complications, plus my state of health, asked for an English speaker to explain it all to. In the process of putting me through I was cut off!! I just don’t have time or energy to keep pursuing this, but I want my money to be reimbursed by Zooplus. I just hope my dog will have enough of the special diet food to last him until he comes home on 1st August. You could do better Zooplus, and so could you, GLS.

Absolutely disgusting I placed a order over a week ago and they still haven't sent it from the warehouse. Customer support is a send you in circles.
Eventually I got a message and had no response

My cat food runs out today and I don't get paid until next week.
Next time I will pay more with Amazon because I can rely on them to deliver on time.
They advertise that payment received 24 hours it's dispatched,1_2 days delivery

Problem with delivery by GLS: Lack of reactivity by Zooplus is disappointing to say the least. Both GLS & Zooplus hide behind automated reply systems which give no relevant information & serve no purpose whatsoever from a customer perspective. Today (26/02/2024) I am still waiting for info about a non-delivery on 22/02/2024. Completely unsatisfactory

Order sent by courier full contact given so waited in for the delivery time slot to be told item not delivered, contact supplier who said they returned the full order back to supplier as it may have been damaged, cancelled order and the re subscription order and bought from another more professional supplier with next day tracked delivery to which I happily received today.

Zooplus is great, their choice of delivery partner isn't
I have no general issues with Zooplus, but it appears they offer no customer support via e-mail, as the option to send a support ticket always fails (same issues last december) and I do not want to call.
Appart from this I've never had issue with Zooplus itself.
My issue is that I placed an order on the 02/05/23 and was collected by GLS the same day, but according to them will not deliver until the 09/05/23, if it even turns up then. A week delivery time simply isn't good enough
