I’ve had a really positive experience…

I’ve had a really positive experience with Zopa Bank. The service is straightforward, convenient, and easy to use, and I’ve found the overall experience to be smooth and reliable. The team is helpful and professional, which gives me confidence in using their services. Overall, I’m very happy with Zopa Bank and would happily recommend it to others.

Zopa is such a great bank

Zopa is such a great bank, with market leading interest rates (at the moment). To qualify you have to transfer £500 a month into the bank account part of the bank, not straight into the savings account. Once you’ve done that, the £500 can be transferred into your savings account or back to your linked bank. Apart from this, the app is great.

Zopa is an amazing company. Headaches are a pain

Zopa is an amazing company with great service. The phone app was a pain when I tried to pay off a loan. When I went on the laptop all was fine. Technology will never replace real people. Technology can cause unwanted stress which could be avoided. I was going to put 4 stars but I decided not to charge for the paracaetomol

Easy to use and build credit

All is good nice credit limit to get going! And the application is easy to move through no heavy charges when I've been close to my limit. Haven't dealt with customer service so hence the 4 but so far after 10 months all is good
