I have dealt with Zopa for quite a long period of time and I have always found them to be a very caring Company . I have always found them extremely fair when it comes to how they treat their customers Very fair and professional company to deal with.

This is such a great company, and a truly easy and pleasant experience.
My application was through the Clearscore link so some of my details were already known. There were a couple of other questions to answer, then I was asked to upload a selfie plus a photo of my driving licence. A couple of days later a very pleasant lady asked me a few questions which was clearly to check for identity fraud, then said I would receive an email on their decision, but within ten minutes of that call,the funds were in my account.
The lady was polite, precise in what she was asking, professional and friendly.
It was a straightforward, no fuss and easy experience ......would recommend them to anyone, especially as their products include banking and savings.

Whilst searching for a loan, Zopa appeared. I hadn't heard about them before so I checked them on line. After completing the on line aplication form I then received an email asking to upload proof of identity. Very smooth process. I then received a phone call from a Zopa representative and following completion of this call the money was in my bank within 5 minutes. Very impressed with how smoothly everything was carried out by Zopa

Speaking from my own personal experience of banking with Zopa has been fantastic. From initial contact the communication has always been first class. I can definitely recommend Zopa as a trustworthy online banking business. I should also add that their app covers almost all the information that you require.

Rang up to cancel before being approved, was told that it wont go through if i hadnt sent any docs. 4 hours later the money appears in my bank. The awful website allowed me to open the chat and raise my concerns... After logging me out every minute. The advisor told me it had been cancelled and id get an email with details to send the money back within the hour. 3 hours later i get an email saying that my loan had been approved. Awful website, awful offshore call centre. Avoid.

What a fantastic experience from Zopa. Had the funds very quickly after some online checks to do. Really impressed with the service. Thank you. If I need a loan again I know who I am asking and I will ask Zopa again.

It was very straightforward and simple digital form filling and uploaded bank statement to verify my identity.

I was helping my nana who is 84 and not good with technology and hard of hearing to get a loan online. We did her credit report and got “pre approved” for Zopa eligibility checker. We then waited 3 days for the adviser to rifle through questions on what my nana wants the money for. Shocking customer service. Choose different loan provider

Yes, they offer headline grabbing rates sometimes. However, when you do choose to go elsewhere, their customer service people are rude and ignorant. During my last contact with them, with Phumeza, they just decided to ignore my comments and probably went to get a brew. Take what they say with a pinch of salt.
