An appalling experience
An appalling experience. No information was given about the identity of the courier, who failed to disclose a day and time slot for the delivery of the ordered items, and instead chucked them down into a neighbour's basement flat. Luckily, they were unbroken, and the neighbour, mystified by a package unexpectedly dumped on them, was good enough to come round late at night and ask if it was mine.

The best pans ever.
I love cooking and wanted to upgrade all my pans Ect. After looking around I decided on Zyliss and its one of the best decisions I have made. The quality of this cookware is outstanding nouthing seems to stick to it and it is so easy to wash up. If your realy serious about cooking buy Zyliss.

Good customer service
I had a query - I got a proper response and everything happened as it should. Delivery was as advertised and the product is good. I have only one quibble: one pan arrived in a really big box with an awful lot of packaging. But at least it was safe!
