I just wanted to share with that I really love your guys work, the effort you put into making the custom mats for my Challenger. I then bought my wife mats for her 23 Durango, she totally loves them and I really want to thank you guys for doing your best. This is my second time buying from this…

This is my second time buying from this company and boy do they not fail to impress. I've had my first set for the LC500 for more than 2 years now and they are still in pristine condition. The quality and craftsmanship truly surpassed my expectations

I just got a new set for my new Mercedes AMG G63 and I'm sure that they will last long based on previous experience. I don't usually write reviews but X1Mats always made sure that I'm taken cared of.

Next project is seat covers for the LC. I'll update you guys when I get my seat covers.

Big Shout Out to the customer service team. Always there when you need them, they will explain everything you need and does not care how long the call lasts as long as you're satisfied with the information. This company is a GEM!

UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE BELOW- This company is a scam, and you are thieves. You should not receive anyone else’s money or be trusted with it. Read the other reviews! I have all the screenshots for my order which is weeks past the date I was advised it would ship, and it still hasn’t shipped! I was actually told by a representative “Maverick” (fake name of course) that the order could sit in “ready to ship” for 3-4 weeks? (after already waiting over 30+ days for it to get out of “fake production” btw… credit card companies usually don’t dispute charges after 60 days. Coincidence they want you to wait over 60 days before you’ll ever even get a tracking number? Of course not, their goal is to take your money and give you nothing.) Y’all make stuff up every time you speak to people. No where was this made apparent. This company stole almost $350 from me for a product I haven’t received, and I’m sure won’t receive! Which is stealing. If you give them your money, you will be next.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had , first the mats took a month to actually ship out and I had to keep calling to get an update. NEXT , DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT WANT TO PAY TARIFFS ON THEM. They ship from out of the country and nobody warns you that you won’t be able to receive your package unless you pay a $200 Tariff fee on it. X1mats did not give af and basically said that’s on you which I thought was very messed up. They could’ve helped me out since I was unaware but you live and you learn not to mess with companies like this

Regarding the tariff fees, these are government-imposed charges collected by U.S. Customs. They are not set, controlled, or profited from by X1Mats. Unfortunately, businesses have no authority to waive or absorb them. This policy was introduced under recent U.S. trade regulations and applies broadly to many imported goods. We also reached out multiple times via email and phone to help explain the process and assist, though we were unable to connect directly.

SCAM COMPANY

I placed an order on September 29th 2024. August 2025 and my order has never left the “in production” part of their tracker. I called several times and asked for a refund since my order has never even been made and last i called they said refund would take 5-10 business days. This was months ago and no refund was issued.

If i could give them negative stars I would. This company messed up my floor mats back in Nov of 2024. I brought this to their attention and sent them the pics and videos they requested. They admitted their mistake and said they would correct it right away. Now 7 months later still dealing with the same bs of oh we are working on it. They are a scam. The quality of their stuff is garbage and their customer service is terrible. Do not buy anything from them. I have mats in my garage that don't fit my Genesis GV80 and they refuse to do anything about it. I said at this point refund my money and then they give me the song and dance that they are going to send me new mats. But in reality they are just running a con. BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT GARBAGE THEN BUY HERE

Absolutely had a terrible time going through x1 mats took over 5 months for my headrests and mats to come just for them to have extremely off centered logos and my logos to be the wrong color. IYour order was unique because it included a special request not listed on our website, custom headrest covers with a personalized logo. X1Mats does not normally sell headrest covers separately, but we made an exception to accommodate you. Since all our products are custom-made to fit exact vehicle specifications, we required detailed photos and information about your headrests before we could begin. The time taken to receive these inputs from you contributed to the overall delay.

In addition, you requested a custom logo, which requires additional design, production, and quality checks. While this extended production, we kept in touch with you throughout the process. The total timeline was closer to 3 months, not 5 as stated.

During our internal audit, we identified an issue with the initial headrest batch before you received it. To avoid you receiving the wrong product, we immediately created and shipped out replacements. When you reached out with concerns, we responded promptly and confirmed the replacement was already on its way.

Bad quality products and deceptive busines practices. See my exchange with this guys Maverick. They wont refund however will buy time to act as if they will fix.

As discussed while you were screaming at me. I understand that your company does not want to retrun and refund. Therw arw several issues as i explained over the last 3-4 weeks now.

1. The delivery was delayed by 2 weeks, I accommodated your explanation back then
2. When i received the mats I reported the quality issues and you told me thats how the mats were made.
3. You kept providing me false dates and assurances and I kept asking for a refund.

4. Today you finally mentioned that you wont refund my money and wont fix the problem as well.

I am gonna report merchant fraud and unwilligness to fix the problem to my cc company

In such cases, we gladly provide a free replacement. However, after careful review, your order did not fall under this category.

4. Dispute & Resolution: Once a chargeback was filed with your credit card provider, our hands were tied. As with most businesses, any open dispute halts the resolution process until the case is closed.

X1Mats seat covers were very well made. Beautiful design and craftsmanship. Support was timely and responsive with comments and helpful input. This was the most enjoyable and pleasant aspect of the whole experience.

Only concern would be the fitment process. This was not just a "pull over and pull down" excise. This required stripping off OEM covers and applying quite a bit of pressure to compact the fairing inward, on the top portion of seats, to get the martial in place.

Drake from X1Mats was a true professional, top notch. I would buy from them again.
