X1 Mats has always come through fir me. This will be my third time I have placed an order. The staff especially Maverick has been help throughout the process. I would definitely recommend X1 Mats for your car needs.
I originally got my set of mats and there was only the front which I ordered front and rear. I messaged them it took a couple of weeks to look into it. They put a new order in and they are handmade and shipped from Dubai so it does take time. The first set took probably six weeks and the new rear mat took another five or six, but they straightened it out with no issues and I also had a front mat that did not fit just perfect and they ended up remaking the whole thing and putting a totally new redesign on and sending me that also .
From start to finish, the experience with X1 Mats was top-tier. The communication throughout the process was clear, consistent, and professional. Drake was phenomenal—he made sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail.
When the mats arrived, I was blown away. The quality, fit, and finish are second to none. They add a sleek, custom touch to my Slingshot and really elevate the look and feel of the interior. You can tell these were designed with precision and pride.

Go elsewhere. I ordered my mats in January . Their website states 2-3 working days to process order and will ship within 7 business days. It is now March and still no mats. I have had to contact them multiple times and now I am being told another week. This is beyond ridiculous. They said “ for my inconvenience, they will fedex my order”. Oh boy. So gracious of them. At this point, I believe I am getting scammed by this company. Never again will I do business with them. Side note: my car is a Porsche Cayenne, so nothing vintage, etc. Word of advice: GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I never write product reviews, but when you receive a product and customer service that far exceeds its advertisement and your expectations, then you have to let people know about it…. I’ll start with the customization options and the customized fit for my vehicle, they truly are made to measure the exact dimensions of your vehicle and are a perfect fit for my car (similar mats would easily cost several hundreds more from another manufacturer)…. Then there’s the quality, I’ve shopped the competitors and nothing even comes close these!!!!! Finally, there’s the customer service…. Before I decided to purchase the X1MATS, I contacted customer service to ensure the mats would fit my vehicle. I spoke with Drake, not only was he extremely knowledgeable about how the product was designed and manufactured, he also knew the exact dimensions of my car and assured me that they would definitely fit…. In summary, the X1MATs are awesome and definitely worth the price!!!! I plan to purchase more mats for my other cars….. Definitely purchase these!!!!

i ordered my mats in december, here it is mid february and they have not arrived
x1 has not kept me in the loop for the reasons for the delay and they have lied to me on when it would be shipped
i would strongly recommend going elsewhere, if there is a problem there is no escalation path to anyone to get a real answer
lastly, they have promised to call me twice with and update or escalation, no calls have been made
keep your money, go elsewhere

Highly recommend X1mats!! Their customer service is absolutely amazing, they answered every question I had and was even able to update my order with an add-on after it was placed. The Mats shipped quickly and were well packaged. The quality and attention to detail is a 10/10. I drive my truck year round and no matter how dirty they get they clean up easily and look good as new! And Lastly if you’re tired of your factory interior or just want to take it up a notch X1 mats is the way to go!

I bought from X1 Mats a few years ago when they were F1 Mats. They did a great job back then so I faithfully came back when I bought a new car.
I placed my order in September 2024, it is now January 2025. I called them about 7 times over the course of my order. Some days someone picked up the phone, other days I didn't get a call back for 2 days. Every two weeks after the designated completion date, I would call and ask if there was progress. For three months they said "Our team is working on finding your car to scan it and make the mats". The first two times, I understood and figured I was dealing with a small company and I didn't make any noise about it. Two months pass by and I'm starting to get worried. In December I called them and asked for a refund. The man on the line told me he'll talk to his accounting team (If there is one) and get back to me. I told them I'll follow back up in a week if I don't see a return. After that phone call I am unable to receive any communication in any format from X1 Mats. I only receive their promotional emails. o.O
Now I'm currently waiting for American Express to charge back the amount I sent them. AMEX is pretty ruthless with their charge backs, so I'll get my money. It was all just a waist of time and sad to see a good company fall.
For those looking to buy a product. Don't. I'm pretty sure they are going out of business and can't get anything done.
UPDATE: Two days after writing this review, a deputy CEO contacted me and formally apologized. She notified me the person handling my order has been fired. She also offered to refund my order and then offered a 50% discount on a possible future order. I told her if they develop a solution to making floor mats for my vehicle, I would consider that offer. As of now, they have not notified me of any progress towards that development. They also did successfully refund me the full amount of the order. But they have not extended me a discount code to ensure a 50% discount. This might be something I have to follow up with to receive.
Lastly, I commend them for apologizing profusely and offering to correct the issue. She apologized a lot and said a lot of the right things, but then followed the conversation with a request to delete this Trust Pilot review. I explain in the light of transparency, I would not delete the post, but update it for anyone who might also encounter a similar issue. I have since received two follow up communications from the company asking me to remove the review, to which I said no. For me apologizing is one thing, but holding yourself accountable is another. Deleting the post allows them to escape accountability, and I won’t offer that. If they eventually materialize a solution to making floor mats for my car and the discount works, I’ll happily update here. Otherwise you can surmise it didn’t happen.

I could not have asked for better customer service. Purchased the mats a couple months earlier as a Christmas gift.
Went to do the install of the mats, and had a question pertaining to placement of one section. When I called, they knew who I was and what I ordered. Emailed a photo that showed proper placement. My wife is happy with the look, fit and finish.
Purchase made for my Tacoma on 9/11/24. As of today 12/16/24, I not only don't have my mats, I have no estimate for a date of completion. I'm told my 2012 model ( one of the most common pick trucks sold around the world) is so unique, they are unable to obtain the measurements until they locate a similar model.
On i side note, I bought my mats at a 15% Labor day discount and noticed around Black Friday the discount had increased to 20%. When I asked for the 5% difference as a refund just for my inconvenience on 11/21/24, I was told by Drake S. "we no longer have an option to apply any coupon code on an existing order".

Ordered mats for my 2017 honda pilot. Their mats didn't fit right for my vehicle. They remade the passenger front mats which took 6 months to get. It was still wrong. Not even close. Sent them pic and measurements. That was 9 months ago. All they do is give you the run around and that's if they even answer your call. They act like it's your fault the mats don't fit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ! DON'T BELIEVE ME READ OTHER REVIEWS! YOU'RE JUST THEIR GUINEA PIG!

I have ordered three sets of floor mats from X1 Mats. They are far and beyond the best floor mats you can protect your car with. I’d like to preserve the cars interior and still keep a stylish look. Update Nov 15 2024 Got a call from a professional young person. They stated that they will be sending me a replacement ASAP. This person stated that it was obvious that fabrication made a mistake.
Will update again if and when I receive the replacement/s.
Bought two sets: first was gray leather, fit perfect but gray was way to light.. pics appear darker, either way my mistake.
Second were black with red stitching. Everything fit except drivers side front. Appears that it was cut incorrectly and doesn’t reach plastic to place insert. Have photos and video .
It’s been a month now and keep getting g run around even after I sent video and photo.
They look great but doesn’t seem they are willing to accept they made a mistake and are not willing to make up for it.
Buyer beware. If they don’t fit right you’re stuck with them.
They get 2 stars instead of just 1 because the leather is good quality
